How do you grow to 6 feet tall?
Though i am NOT AN EXPERT, i would like a few things which you may find useful,first thing your height is very normal , and even if your height does not increase, you should not be depressed. Secondly, Height depends on your genes, mostly your father's (though not necessary, but usually father's).Thirdly, there is a high chance that your height is still growing. Boys usually grow till the age of 21.Fourthly, now this is answer to what actually you asked. Eat healthy, especially protein rich food. Practice yoga and maintain correct posture (maintaining correct posture helps to a great extend in some cases),Do sprint exercises ,sprinting at high speeds helps to produce a huge amount of human growth hormone. Last but the least sleep properly.Also, if you are really desperate there are some Ayurvedic medicine (please do not take anyother medicine shown in ads or any stuffs) which helps like Ashwagandha and here is a tip do not buy it from top companies like Himalaya , i trust typical ayurveda doctors

How tall should a guy be to look attractive to girls? I'm 5"8-5"9,is it bad?
A2AIt depends from person to person!I'm 5'6", so 5'8" for me is short, I would like someone as tall as 6 ft. or 6'1" at most because I'm a kind of girl who loves to wear heels (at least 3-4") so obviously I look as tall as 5'10" when I am wearing heels and I don't want my partner to look shorter than me :)If a girl is having a height around 5'3" or 5'2", for her someone as tall as 5'8" or 5'9" is PERFECT! Rest it depends upon the way you carry your body and how confident you are in your own skin. If you are 6ft. tall and under-confident, then you are likely to get beaten by boys who might be shorter than you but more confident and smart. So don't focus so much on the physical appearance, rather build your confidence. You are pretty young to be worrying about height etc. Guys grow till they are 21-22 years of age, so chill! You will get taller by at least 2 more inches before you are 22. Work on your confidence level instead.Good luck :)
What was your height at 13-years-old?
If you are height - conscious, you will love this one. At 13, I was 4 foot 10. When I started my senior year in high school, i was still 4 foot 10. I started exercising, lifting weights, and eating really healthy foods. I was measured for my class photo and put front and center as i was so tiny. Come June, it is time for the photo to be taken, and i am 5 foot 7. I grew 9 inches from October to June at the age of 17. When you look at my class photo, since they didn't move me, i am towering over everbody in the first TWO rows. Awkward. But i think this is a good height for a girl. You’ll get there!
Can I grow up to 6 feet when currently i am almost 5' 11" and 18 years 9 months old?
