I am a 15 year old boy and my hairs are falling I am worried about it what should I do?
This is pretty much an ordinary condition to every males once they enter into puberty, and with very high probability, the major cause is due to the hydrated version of the testosterone (DHT) in your body. There is hardly any safe or easy way to escape from DHT-induced hair-loss. But remember that hair-fall has to be controlled, even though it can't be avoided. The following steps helps to reduce hair fall:LEVEL-I: Give care for your hair1) Ensure that the hair-fall is not due to any other reason such as dandruff/chlorinated or poor quality water/pollution etc. You are the best person to diagnose this. If any of these is the reason, work out on this to avoid them. 2) Avoid using shampoos that has too much chemicals. It will kill your hair, and accelerates hair-loss. Anti-dandruff shampoos can be used at times, if suffering from dandruff. 3) Massage hair using ayurvedic/herbal oils once in two days. Wash your hair at least once in two days, with good quality water.4) Do not always think of your hair/hairloss. Thoughts about hair-loss increases rate of hair-loss.5) Reduce the causes of tension in life. Tension increases hair-loss rate. Give yourself time to exercise, sleep, and chill-out.LEVEL-II: Use biotin tablets6) Tablets that contains biotin such as Keraglo-men, which helps in hair growth can be used, if necessary. This can improve your situation. These are just vitamin tablets, and have no side effects.LEVEL-III: Inhibit your hormones (not recommended)7) This is a hard step. Consult a hair specialist. If you are having too much loss, then he might advice to use Minoxidil-based oil on your scalp or give finasteride tablets. But I do not advice this method, as it creates very bad side effects. Minoxidil is not a permanent solution to hairfall. Once you stop it, your hair will start to fall again. Finasteride inhibits the DHT formation, which might affect many of your bodily functions. And also, you are too young for this.LEVEL-IV: Direct Hair Implant8) This is a bit costly, but much safer and effective way to hair-loss. Hair cells from the scalp in the back side of your head is taken, and implanted to the positions in your head, affected by male pattern baldness. But you are too young for this. This is a close-to-permanent and very effective solution to hair-fall.Remember, there is always a solution if there is a problem. Cheer up and enjoy life.PS: The answer is primarily for males.

I'm 21 years old, and my hair is thinning, could my eczema be contributing?
to stop thinning hair. i would suggest a few products that have helped not only me but many people stop the hair loss and thicken the hair and grow hair back. These three products are great at thickening hair 1. Mane & Tail shampoo and Conditioner.(thickens your hair) $2-3 each 2Jamaican Black Castor oil. online $8-10 for a small bottle a little goes a long way or buy liquid castor oil at your local CVS for $2 (seriously this is a Godsend. stops breakage. put it on bald spots and ends of your hair stops split ends) 3. Wild Growth hair oil $8 one bottle should last you 6months to a year.(the all natural ingredients herbs etc are great for your scalp. Smells like medicine but works wonders. in College I had a large section of hair just literally fall out im talking baseball sized smooth bald spot. i bought these few products and within a month I had half an inch of hair and it then started growing like crazy. it grew faster and thicker than the rest of my hair for about a year. i now use these products and my hair has completely stopped breaking off. no hair in the sink after shampooing, no thinking, its thick and shiny and healthy. Also the mane & tail is the only shampoo I ever use but i use it sparingly. i cut out all those other shampoos as the harsh chemicals where stripping my hair. usually i do a vinegar rinse. pour a cup half water half vinegar over my hair and sit with a cap for 10 mins. then i use the conditioner to wash my hair. trust me conditioner lathers like shampoo. this does clean your hair and scalp and allows you to keep your hair super moisturized. try it. it works wonders. if you think about it these items arent that expensive and they really do work. just stick with it. i use the oils in small amounts on my hair and scalp once a week. get a routine going its worth it to get your hair back.
I am 17 years old and my hair fall upto 20 to 30 per day. Is it normal?
Most people lose about 50 to 100 head hairs a day. These hairs are replaced — they grow back in the same follicle on your head. This amount of hair loss is totally normal and no cause for worry. We are born with an average of 100.000 hair follicles. Every single hair follicle is at a different stage of its 2- to 5-year life cycle. The hair growth cycle consists of three distinct stages – anagen, catagen and telogen. The phase in which a hair strand is growing is called the ‘anagen phase’. 90 percent of our hair strands we have are currently in this phase. Our hair grows around half an inch per month. The growth phase lasts an average of 3-5 years, so a full-length hair averages 18 to 30 inches. The second phase is called the ‘catagen phase’. At any given time, about 1 to 2 percent of our hair are in the catagen phase, which lasts between 1 to 2 weeks. During this short transitional phase, our hair strands stops growing. The third and final phase of the hair growth cycle is called the ‘telogen phase’. About 10 to 15 percent of our hair is in this phase at any given time. During telogen, the resting hair remains in the follicle until it is pushed out by the growth of a new anagen hair. The follicle then remains inactive for 3 months and the whole process is repeated. Each hair follicle is independent and goes through the growth cycle at different times, otherwise all your hair would fall out at once. Instead, you only shed a certain number of hairs a day – up to 80 hairs on a healthy head of hair. It’s not unusual to lose hair strands every day. Factors like stress, medication, and underlying medical conditions can all aggravate hair loss. But if you’re concerned about how much hair you are losing every day, professional assessment can put your mind at ease.
