I Am 18 Years Old My Height Is 5.4

How can I loose weight (18 year old girl)?

Okay so I am an 18 year old girl and I am about 5 foot 8 inches tall and weigh 182 lbs right now. I want to get down to 150 and go down from there. I currently go to the crunch gym and go for usually an hour on the eliptical and for the last 15 minutes I run on the treadmill. I am actually a pretty good runner, but I just can't seem to lose the weight! I eat pretty normally too although I do splurge once or twice a week because going on a constant diet drives me absolutely bonkers. ARGH so flavorless XD. ANYWAY! I really, really want to be smaller but no toothpick XD So can you help me out? Are there at home exercises I should do? What other machines should I try? What kind of changes do i need to incorporate into my diet?

I really appreciate all your answers to this question! :D

I'm 15.9 years old, and my height is 5.4 feet, till what height will I reach minimum according to expectation?

Hard to say…. Are your parents very tall? I wouldn’t expect 6’2, but 5’10–5’11 would not be a far stretch I think….

I am 18 years old and I am 5'3'. How much can I still grow and how can I grow?

For those that wish to grow taller without pills, medications,. . Even you are over 30 years old, you should try Imodstyle Grow Taller Secrets (please search on google, i don’t remember the link). I Have got good results with it. I used to be always the shortest girl around, but after following that program I gained 3 inches in no time. Now I stand 5 feel 4 inches tall barefooted. Not the tallest girl around yet but a great improvement.

I m 26 yrs old and 5.4" in height and 60 kg weight so tell me how i reduce my weight?

5'4 about 130 lbs. I don't really think that you are overweight. But eating a good diet and moderate exercise.

My height is 5.4, I am a 12-year-old, my weight is 50, is it overweight?

50 pounds or 50 kilograms? No you’re not overweight. The BMI scales may classify you as overweight but that’s a relative scale based on compositions from humans years ago.Regardless, it doesn’t matter man. You’re 12 years old. I went through the same thing so trust me, I understand. Save yourself the stress. You’re going to get taller, you’re going to build muscle and as long as you’re a moderately active kid you’ll be perfectly fine. Take this time of your life to learn about proper nutrition and healthy snacks to have. That’s much more important than trying to be skinny. Proper diet and loving yourself are proven to make you feel better and have more well rounded wholistic-health.As frustrating as it is, don’t stress it bro. The girl? She’s going to like you regardless of how you look if she’s a decent human being that’s into you. Your friends? You’ll find the ones that love you for you and won’t make you feel bad about yourself at all (besides friendly jokes). It’ll all work out, enjoy life, be a child, make mistakes, don’t rush growing up, because trust me, it’s not all is chalks up to be. Most importantly learn to love you for you because you only have one body. If we don’t love and care for our bodies they don’t function as well. Much love and much empathy. Be great.

I'm 18 and 5.4 height only?

In the USA, it is very short. 95% or more of 18 yr old males are taller. You are likely to grow another half-inch.

Just make sure you are healthy and be glad NOT to be just another average person. Check out the source below if you are interested in data/charts about such topics.

Hello there,
I am 21 years old guy and my height is only 5.4". Both my parents are short heighted. My family is also short heighted but my mom's family have a preety fair height. I have a younger brother and he is also 5.8". My question is will I be able to increase my height naturally? If yes how. I have not noticed my height growth from past 2-3 years. So does that mean that this will be my actual height and I cant even grow 2-4 inches tall with some good health habits?
I will be glad it you can reply to me.
Thank you
