I Am 29 Years Old Female N Diagnosed With High Prolactin Level. Will It Lead To The Risk Of Having

Is it normal to be able to ejaculate multiple times without losing an erection?

n sexuality, the refractory period is the recovery phase after (normally male) orgasm during which it is physiologically impossible for an individual to have additional orgasms. It is also sometimes defined as "the time immediately following orgasm during which a man cannot achieve an erection." The penis may be hypersensitive and further sexual stimulation may even feel painful during this time frame.
The refractory period varies widely among individuals and across species, ranging from minutes to days.[1] An increased infusion of the hormone oxytocin during ejaculation is believed to be chiefly responsible for the refractory period and the amount by which oxytocin is increased may affect the length of each refractory period.[2]
Another chemical which is considered to be responsible for this effect is prolactin, which represses dopamine, which is responsible for sexual arousal.[3]

Why am I getting my period twice a month?

You can't menstruate twice in one month. Menstruation is a very specific biological event that takes place once during a menstrual cycle. Any bleeding that you might experience in between cycles isn't menstruation. Is called spotting, and that's a symptom of something else. The list of common causes is long. It can be caused by hormonal imbalances, stress, uterine fibroids, contraception, sexual intercourse, diabetes, PCOS and even ovulation. The characteristics of your cycle, menstruation and spotting, the current form of contraception you're using, diet, hormonal balances, gynecological conditions, age, weight and even stress are important factors to consider in order to seek a diagnosis. The only way to know is by getting a proper examination from a health professional, like a midwife or a gynecologist.

What's the difference between dosage of 50g or 100g for Clomid?

Basically, you want the lowest dosage of Clomid at which you ovulate. It is tough because there are a lot of factors especially your fertility issues that determine the right dosage. A lot of doctors start at 50mg and if it did not work, then up it the next cycle - if you are overweight, have serious issues with ovulation etc. . . then they sometimes start with 100mg. Too much Clomid can put you at a higher risk for multiples. Too much Clomid can also prevent pregnancy by creating hostile cervical mucus.

If you are feeling this way about your doctor, I would highly recommend a second opinion. Call your carrier and demand to see another doctor. Fertility is not something that you want to mess with and dealing with a doctor that you do not trust adds more stress to an already stressful situation.

Good luck and baby dust!
