Hello. I was exactly at this situation sometime back. First of all understand a simple logic of reducing weight.For weight loss: Calories intake < Calories burned. This is called calorie deficit.To lose every one kilogram of weight you need to make a calorie deficit of 7700.I will tell you the diet that I am currently following to reduce around half kg/week.Morning jogging for 4.5 kms - Burn around 300 calories.Breakfast: Green Tea. After sometime I drink 250 ml milk with Protinex Powder. The protein helps in repairing the cells and keeps me full.Lunch: Salad (2 tomatoes and raw cauliflower) , 1.5 Indian Roti without butter or brown rice and 1 bowl vegetable.Around 3 PM: Green Tea and one digestive biscuit.I have a lot of free time right now so I go for jogging even in the evening.Around 4:30 PM: I drink a home made smoothie - 200 ml milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp oats.This helps me provide energy during jogging.I run for 4.5 kms in the evening too burning around 300 calories. After that I do rope jumping (900 in 10 minutes) burning around 120 calories.Dinner: Salad ( 2 tomatoes and raw cauliflower), 1.5 Indian Roti without butter and 1 bowl vegetable.There are somthings to keep in mind:It may happen that the rate of weight decrease decreases with time. The reason is that our body adapts to the workouts and stop giving us the expected results. So the same routine shouldn't be followed for continuously 3–4–5 months.Avoid oil, sugar, junk food or any other unhealthy food.You will need to keep your motivation level up all the time. So you can follow a few channels like: Sapna Vyas Patel, Fit tuber. Take help from app like my fitness pal.The most important thing is that you will need to customize the diet according to your own body which you will identify as you go forward. I want to share my real life experience with you ..I hope this will help you . I am 5'9 and in first year of my college i was 51 Kg . I was too much skinny and always dreaming about gaining some good weight ..Its not like i was eating less but due to my fast metabolism it was not getting it into my muscles . Then after lot of research over internet i managed to gain some good amount weight (around 12 Kg ) in two years .Good weight means most of them are muscles not fats.So for this you need :Take small but multiple meals (5-6 meals a day)- Should be rich in protein, carbs and healthy fats.Weight training ( 3 days a week ) - Do compound exercise like bench press , squats , Dumbbell press etc. If you do not have a gym membership do push ups ,pull ups , crunches etc.Take heavy breakfast. Consume 600 more calories than your BMI requires.Home made weight gain shake - 250 ml milk + 1 table spoon peanut butter + one cup powdered oats + 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil +1 banana + 1 scoop whey protein (optional) you can take this in early morning. this will contains around 700 -900 calories and around 30 gm of protein ,carbs and healthy fats.7 to 8 hours continuous sleepMotivational workout music helps a lot during workouts.You will find lots of free muscle building program online they will give you lot of information.Being consistent: Its the most important thing. You need to be motivated for this. I hope you will gain some good amount of weight.

See there is no particular exercise for belly to lose fat. You have to do workout for fat loss. Because when we are losing fat we can lose fat from whole body. But almost we see fat our tummy because it is more visible. That is why we think we need to lose fat. That is the main significant of weight training.You can use that energy for high intensity workout, hit max. weight as you can hit, slowly and gradually increase weights.Now lets talk about diet plan which you need to follow, you should add protein+fats on your diet. You need to know what you should eat, always focus on what you eat not what you want. Always eat healthy focus on healthy foods. Avoid fruits/juices as well because high level of fructose in fruits/juices also one of measure cause for fat.Avoid carbs and all trans fat like baked product, and hydrogenated products as much as you can avoid.

High FAT Diet--- Anorexia Recovery?

One, drop the vegetarianism. It's unhealthy, no matter what arguments you can reference, the cons outweigh the pros in all aspects, societal and nutritionally.

Second, your plan is good, that's a good amount of food, but not the right stuff. That's the kind of stuff your body can't thrive on, so you need some good nutrients. Getting good fuel will make it easier for you to get back on track.

Third, cake, halva, and honey aren't fats, they sugars and starches.

So, drop all that sugary stuff, your body doesn't want it. If eating it helps you eat more, by all means keep eating it, but add some other things to all your meals.

Protein - should be in every meal in some form (Nuts, beans and cheese don't count, you need higher quality and quantities of protein) If you have to, start taking a whey protein supplement. That will help you tremendously (and it's vegetarian, if you must). With the whey, take a scoop at each meal.

Mono/Polyunsaturated fats - You need, need, need, need, need fats. They keep your brain functioning (pretty important). Scrambled eggs? Cook them in olive oil. Salad? Don't use fat free Italian, use the real stuff. Eating nuts? Eat Almonds and Walnuts. They have the highest amounts of Omega-3s (good fat) of all the nuts.

Eating the rice, pasta, vegetables? Add in a serving of nuts and some whey.

You know what? Forget what I said about dropping the sugary stuff. If you don't like eating the candies and cake, replace some of it with nuts and fruits, but keep eating some of it. They really will help.

Pro tip* Nuts are your best friend. They're nutritionally dense, so learn to love 'em.

Complex Carbohydrates - It sounds like you're already getting a good amount of these with your salads and vegetables, but it sounds like you need to be eating simple carbs as well. Mix in some corn and potatoes into your vegetable diet.
