I Am A 16 Year Old Male 5

I am a 16 year old male, i am 5'7 - 5'8. Will i get any taller?

Ok. I just turned 16 in November. Im in my junior year of highschool, i workout and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I eat kinda healthy. And get OK sleep during the week. And AMAZING sleep on the weekend and during breaks.
I asked my dad how tall he was when he was my age and he said he was about the same height as me. Maybe a little taller. Like 5'8.5. He is now 5'11 maybe 6 foot.

I also have hair everywhere. Underarms, legs, i get a good amount of facial hair but not thick enough to grow a chin strap or a full bierd. Ive grown a little chin patch before, but it got too itchy lol.

My shoe size is 11.5

Will i have a decent growth spurt going into my senior year? All my friends are taller than me and i feel like a little dwarf. And i wanna be nice and tall for my senior yearr.

I am a 16 year old male, how do I know if this 40 year old woman has interest in me?

I am an intelligent, intellectual young male, and I at least act mature enough when I am around her. She's married however, and claims to be a christian to add to that. We love to talk, and she usually ignores her same-age lady friends for me.

She always makes physical contact with me - any excuse to feel my hands (to see my ring), she occasionally messes with my hair (it's long), when she's joking about something she either pushes on my shoulder or touches my leg in a friendly matter, and she's leaned on me a couple times standing up.

She is overall, generally very flirty around me, and always gets close up to me when both sitting and standing.
She invited my family and I over to her house to see her dogs (and I am pretty sure that I've mentioned that I am not a dog person) - so this could be an excuse to hang?

Also, she recently asked me to design the new tattoo she wants, knowing that I'm a talented artist. But regardless, I don't know many people who would trust a teenager to design a permanent tattoo.

I'm only 16, she 40. But I totally adore her and I don't know if she feels the same. Her marriage is a huge obstacle, but if by chance she does indeed feel for me, I would be willing to keep secrets. - Is there anyway that I can silently let her know that she can trust me with something that big, without giving away my feelings?

Just please, help me with all of this. I'm desperate.

I am a 16 year old male, and a couple of days ago, what I think is a lymph node in my neck is swollen+tender?

I am very very scared, it is maybe the size of a marble, but I cannot feel one on the other side. There is some discomfort sometimes during the day, and it is tender and uncomfortable to touch. One of my teeth on the same side as the pain is aching too if that maybe has a connection, but I havent lost all my baby teeth so it could just be a normal tooth falling out. My dad is going to call the doctor tomorrow and hopefully make a near-future appointment. Does anyone here have any experience, or have any idea how serious this could be? Thank you

I am a 16 year old male, 5'10 and I weigh 95 pounds. How do I stick to my diet?

Did I read that right, you are 5'10 and 95 pounds? Or 195 pounds? If you are 95 pounds then you should not be on a diet to lose weight, you should be trying to gain weight.
Either way, in order to stick on a diet, you need to make sure its a reasonable diet. There used to be something called the cabbage soup diet, and it did not work because nobody could stick with it long enough. Or if they did, then they eventually went back to eating normally and gained all the weight back. So choose a diet that is something you can live with day in and day out. Diet means "way of life" in Greek/Latin. So you need to eat in a manner that is a way of life. If its too strict and you are hungry all the time, or it doesn't allow you to eat certain foods that you crave, or it only allows you to eat certain foods that you get sick of etc, pass it up. Its not a diet for you or anyone. Look for a food that includes all food groups, with limitations on high fat and high sugar foods, but certainly no eliminations,,,unless of course you are allergic to that food.
And you don't have to have money to go to a gym, playing sports at your school, jogging around the block, doing push ups and curl ups in your room, using hand weights you buy at walmart in your basement etc, these are all things that you can do to stay in shape for free. Get creative. And be dedicated to YOU. Good luck!

Am I overwieght? 16 year old male, 5'4",116lbs.?

HELL NO! You're not overweight at all. And I highly doubt you have a protuding stomach. You probably think that because you lack tone or muscle you're fat. Otherwise you seem average if not better than the majority of people.

Don’t worry about your height now, you have ample time for your height to grow.Technically boys’ height grows till the age of 21 years and then it stops, you are just 16 now. It all depends on your genes and when they are activated. I have seen people of your height at 16 years of age but have grown to almost 6 feet tall at around 21 years old.You can start cycling daily, it helps in building lower body and will contribute to height growth in someway or another.And lastly its OK even if you are this height all your life, as long as you have the right attitude because height does not matter but your attitude and personality does. ALL THE BEST.

There’s no way to tell for sure.I was 5′10″ tall when i started high school. My dad is 6′2″ and mom 5′10″. The tallest person anyone knows of on either sides of my family is my grandpa at 6′4″ . And lastly the height prediction they did when i was younger put me around 6′3″.The outcome? When i graduated high school I was 6′5″, and when I finally stopped growing at 21 I was 6′8″. If anyone had know I was going to be this tall I likely would have started basketball young.Second is of my friend why was 5′10 when he started high school, and 6′0″ when he finished.Only thing i can say that was different was I ate like crazy, slept a lot, and was involved in many different sports through my youth.His parents are both similar height but mom is a bit shorter 5′8″, he definitely didn't eat as much, or play any sports, and as far as sleep I’m not sure

You are overweight according to your age.But not an issue. First of all make up your mind and motivatevyourself that you have to become fit. See fitness is not for looking attractive and to impress other. It's necessary to oneself to lead a better life. Stop worrying what someone is thinking for you and all.follow these steps and believe you can do it.1.stop the junk food completely.2.start having oats/cornflakes/Brown bread/mix sprouts in breakfast.3. Do not consume butter/ghee/cheeze/oil in large amount. Make a limit of everything.4.Avoid rice and if u are found of it take Brown rice.5.Take heavy lunch with low of salad including carrots/cucumber/tomatoe/seasonal fruits.6. Stop using packed juices that are full sachharine. Take fresh juices without sugar .boycott coldrinks,milkshakes.7.boycott sweets.if you eat make sure it's just for taste.8. Take light dinner including dalia/bajra or jowar roti with green veggies/lots of salad.9.eat fiberous food.Either join gym or make cycling and walk as a part of daily life.proper exercise is must. Jogging and swimming is also very helpful to loose weight. Aerobics is also very useful.
