USA visa from Pakistan?
I want to discuss regarding US visa for myself and my wife. I actually was ordered Deportation 7 years ago and I left USA Volunteerily(BNot Deported by Govt.) and came to Pakistan. Now, I think I still have 3 years Bar left before I can apply for my visa. I had my Immigrant petition approved but recently the employed backed up and Not willing to sponsor me anymore. Can someone please suggest me that can I apply for Tourist visa along with my wife, as I am not interested anymore either to live in USA. I just wanna go there to attend a wedding of my sister. Any chances of getting Tourist visa, even I have an ongoing record and Immigrant Visa application at the embassy. OR, it’s just waste of time and money?? Yhank You.

The fact that you did not spend 5 minutes on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website finding this information for yourself does not bode well, nor does the fact that you describe yourself as a "girl". I hope you have actually met this guy, and spent time with him, and not just chatted with him on the Internet. Be aware that many people from developing countries marry Canadian citizens just so they can immigrate to Canada. Also be aware that if the marriage breaks down, you are financially responsible for supporting your spouse. On a more personal note, if you are marrying a Muslim, think very hard before you do so. Many Muslim men do not have a good attitude toward women. Religion can play a major role in the marriage. Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has introduced amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (the Regulations) which apply to spouses, common-law or conjugal partners in a relationship of two years or less with their sponsor and who have no children in common with their sponsor at the time they submit their sponsorship application. The sponsored spouse must cohabit in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for two years from the day on which they receive their permanent resident status in Canada. If they do not remain in the relationship, the sponsored spouse’s status could be revoked. The conditional measure only applies to permanent residents whose applications are received on or after October 25, 2012—the day that the amendments came into force. Aside from the need to satisfy the two-year requirement, conditional permanent residence does not differ from normal permanent residence. These sponsored spouses have access to the same rights and benefits as other permanent residents. They will be allowed to work and study without a work or study permit; they will not be subject to different tuition fees in post-secondary schools; and they will have the same access to health coverage and social benefits, including social security (or income support). If the relationship breaks down, the sponsor remains financially responsible until the end of the three-year undertaking period, irrespective of the cause of the breakdown.

Pakistani Citizen Restamping US Visa from Canada?
See source #1 and #2 for procedure to renew H1B visa in Canada (I am assuming you need information about H1B since you have an approved I-129). Be aware that if, for some reason, your visa application is not approved you will NOT be able to reenter US (source #3). You will have to do through background security check regardless of the consulate you apply in. There is no guarantee that this check will get done faster in Canada.
