I Am A Student Is My Partner Entitled To Housing Benefit

How much financial aid can I benefit from with CAF housing in France, if I rent a €460 room in Lyon (INSA housing) as a student?

From my experience it is constant, I was getting 96€ about a year ago so I think you will get around the same.I have lived in 250€, 330€ and 380€ rooms, always with another student and we both got 96€. So it doesn't depend on the size of the room or the price of it.If you get another amount, please say it in the comments, it would be nice that they make some changes :)

Can a husband’s income tax benefit his wife’s property if the whole EMI is paid by the husband and the wife has no income?

To avail the benefits under Income Tax Rules, the said housing loan should be in the name of the person who pays its EMIs and not in the name of any other person. At least, it should be a loan in joint names. Here it is being said that the housing loan is only in the name of the wife. Then husband gets no benefit even if he pays all the EMIs, etc.Well, the question is how could she get the housing loan if she has no income.

What are the benefits of being a member of the Illuminati?

A2A. I got an email like that too, some years back. I replied to it by asking them a few questions. They asked me for a pic, which was the first no-no for me, as I don't do videos or photos, for religious reasons. Then they got call church like, talking about joining their brotherhood and their church and stuff, which was where I just cut things short and politely declined. Told them brotherhoods and churches just wasn't my thing… hehe.Email from illuminatiworldonline or something like that right? Just curious if it's the same people…In any case, I highly doubt that the real illuminati would be interested in someone like me. They're the richest, most powerful people in the world. They don't have time for this kiddy crap. Although they do have many subsidiaries and employees who do the dirty work for them. Buy as to actually becoming one of the illuminati? Highly doubt that's possible for normal people. For one, they all hail from a bloodline of aristocratic Jews. They are all into Satan worship. And they aren't normal people. But to answer your question, the answer is yes. They will give you lots of money and power if you ever to get to join them, but at a high price. Basically, you sell your soul. That's if you ever truly become one of them, which is pretty much impossible. But if you look at how almost every great leaders in history came into power, from stalin, to Hitler, to marx, they all only made it in the bug time after joining some secret society. The illuminati have many subsidiaries and sister groups, but they are all basically ushering the same agenda.Sorry for being very vague with all this, I'm kinda lazy to type too much right now. But in conclusion, in the unlikely event that you do manage to join the actual illuminati, you might get the money and the power, but you can say goodbye to happiness and any hope of salvation in the next life. Unless you're willing to worship Satan, you will never be one of the illuminati. But maybe you could be just one of their pawns though… again, at a price of course. The real illuminati are all evil, demonically possessed, devil worshippers. Each and every one of them. That's the illuminati.

I am paying the housing loan which is taken in my father's name. Can I claim the tax benefits?

I don’t think you can claim tax benefits until and unless the property is in your name. To claim tax benefits, you can do one thing you can transfer the flat in your name or be a co-owner.You can do it in two ways:Sale deedGift deedYou can ask your father to include your name in the new sale deed. You need to mention the portion or ratio of the ownership and get the registration done. The stamp duty ranges from 5 to 12.5% of the current market value of the property. It varies according to the state you are in. the registration charges are generally 1%.Another option is Gift deed. Under this the ownership can be shared by gifting the house to you. You can go for a gift deed in your name and register it in the registrar’s office. This can be executed by doing it on a stamp paper. The stamp duty in most cases is about 2% of the market value of the property.Quick Read:Tax season tips: How to save tax on your home loan5 Tax Benefits You Must Know About Home Loan

Claiming ESA and moving in with partner?

I'm currently claiming income related ESA in the support group with enhanced disability premium, I get £250 fort nightly. I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant we've recently got our own tenancy. My partner is 19 & I'm 17 he goes to college full time he's claimed for bursary but has yet to hear back from them, would he have to claim on my ESA even though he's not ill?

Child benefits, tax credits etc?

Everyone gets child benefit (I think it's £20 a week for the first child) After that, working tax credits and all the rest depend on household income and personal circumstances.

Best thing to do, is check: entitledto.co.uk. You can input your personal circumstances and it will give you a rough idea of what you can both get!

Your partner would not get more DLA or whatever disability benefit she is on, simply because she chooses to have a child! The benefits are based on the disability not the personal circumstances/income of the person (My partner gets DLA)

You may be able to get housing benefit and some council tax benefit as your both on low income. She she stops work she may be able to claim some HB.

I myself want to start a family now, but it would be unfair at this current time. I understand your partner, I really do, but 17k and 16k is as you said, barely enough now. When one partner works, it means that you will get less benefits in total. Hence why most are caught in the *benefit trap*

It may be better to see if you can both hang on for a few years, and at least get a pay rise! THAT will help a lot :0)
When myself and partner were on 17k and 20k it was bad enough and our rent was £736 a month for a rougher part of London that is not child friendly or suitable (Don't know where you are currently)

Anyway, check out the website, I hear people find it very good as a guide! Hope that helps :0)

Why do tax payers have to support young single mothers?

No tax payers pay for single mothers. Anyway, effing troll. Thanks for the two points. Your parents should have given you more attention as a child.

In army and recently married. My husband doesn't want to move where I get stationed..?

My boyfriend and I recently married last month. We're both young, he's a freshman in college right now and I'm 19 and in the army. I get home from AIT in July of next year and then will be stationed at an army base. Since I am married, my husband and I can live together but he is telling me he wants to stay in PA and finish out college and then we can live together! Before we got married we both agreed that we would move together where ever I was stationed and he could transfer to a local college and finish out school with me. I don't want to be selfish and make him move but living in two different states while being married just seems crazy to me. We agreed on living together once I was done AIT and I guess I'm just hurt he's changing his mind all of a sudden. Do you think he should transfer schools so we can live together as a married couple or stay in our home state at the college he's at now. Living in different states for 3 years would put a major strain on our relationship if you ask me and just isn't right.

I know getting married this young was a really big decision and a lot of marriages fail now adays. We've been together for 4 years so it wasn't just something rash. I don't really need any criticism for my decision...just some opinions on the situation please. Thanks guys!

My boyfriend wants to move into my house, am i financially safe?

The FACT you are even asking this tells me you do NOT know him well enough to trust him 100%!
It takes a yr or so dating a person to know them and what kind of person they are.He should NOT be wanting to give up his place to risk getting kicked out and no place to go if things turn sour.
Tell him no to moving in, that if after you have dated a yr he can marry you and you can live as husband and wife or he can move on his choice.YOU watch his life CLOSELY and BE HONEST and ignore the fantasies of living together with him, what he is NOW is what he will be after he moves in married or not!
If he loved you he would want to seal the relationship by marrying you instead of putting you on permanent "trial basis" (shacking up).
If he works keep his bills paid, keeps a place to live transportation etc. then he may be a good candidate for marriage if not,he will turn out to be a user and a player.I have seen it all hon.Trust me on this,if you have to "help him" then he is not up to the task of a wife and family.
