Yes!All you need is a Pakistani passport. You can’t use that in Israel. But it is valid in India.Do you know this guy?He is Shoaib Malik. He married Sania Mirza. She is an Indian tennis player. Shoaib Malik likes the security in India and visits the nation often. My wife is from India, I come here a lot: Shoaib Malik | Latest News & Updates at Daily News & AnalysisSajeed Muneer was jailed for 12 years for espionage but after his release, Pakistan did not respond to extradition requests by the Indian government. I am an Indian and like a Bangladeshi girl. Is it risky to marry a Bangladeshi girl in India?

Well sure..  That Bangldeshi girl should come in India with a tourist visa.  You can marry her even if she is muslim , under special marriage act .  You can even visit Arya samaj for the marriage .  After your marriage is registered , you have to apply a X Visa ( Resident Visa like Green Card ) for her .  It will gives her 6 years residential visa. After 6 years you have to extend it. After living 11 years in India , she will get Indian nationality.  Usually it takes very less time than 11 years.  Any child born from you and your wife in India will became automatically Indian citizen. Now with a Indian husband and Indian kids, she will get nationality in very very short time..  I would recommend you to go for it.

How can I marry a local girl in Dubai?

An Arabic girl who works in a pharmacy in Dubai is highly unlikely that she is a local (i.e. Emirati). Not impossible, just highly unlikely. EDIT: Ok you did not say she worked there, but if she did, instead of merely shopping there, then the above applies. You don’t even know her properly and you want to propose? Get back to reality and first get to know her. And her family. If she perceives that you are even remotely stalking her, or bothering her, she can easily call the police on you and she will be protected. As someone else mentioned in their reply, be careful what you do. And be most respectful.

In Dubai, for marriages why they are taking compulsory Blood test,is that virgin test?

Go to any Gvt. hospital and have the compulsatory blood test done. The blood test screens for Aids, sexually-transmitted diseases, and hereditary diseases such as thalassaemia and sickle cell anaemia . Only an HIV-positive result can be used to stop a marriage, but health officials will outline the risks of the other conditions.
The blood test will cost around AED 300 for each of you and results will be ready in about one week.

No blood test shows if a woman is sexual active or still a virgin.

Can foreign nationals get married in Dubai? Is it legal to do so?

It’s complicated. If you are resident in the UAE. That is you have a residence visa, by the way of a job or family sponsored, you can get married. If one of the spouse is resident, you can get married, provided the parents of the non-resident is available to certify in court. If one of you is American, I would not advise you, because US Immigration require you have a civil certificate of marriage. In the UAE it is via Sharia, so it becomes complicated. Furthermore, US immigration will also not accepted a marriage conducted at the Embassy. The UAE authorities don’t accept it as well.If you are christian you can marry at church and the UAE accepts this and will give a certificate from the Sharia court, saying that you are married. Both the parents must be available to get this certificate. Hindus, I don’t know. There is a temple in Dubai, so I guess it would be possible. If both of you are Muslim. just go the Sharia court with two witness, and parents, and you get it without any hassle.
