Which are the cheapest universities in the United States for International Undergrad students?
Hi. I am from Bangladesh. I am looking to get myself admitted into a reputed undergrad program in the United States. But tuition has become a matter of concern for me since I am not able to afford more than 18,000 USD/year. In this lieu, I am looking for a University which offers undergrad program for international students at 10,000 USD/year or less. I am looking for CSE, EEE or Marine Engineering. I am open to any state, city or university as long as they are cheap and offering BSc within my budget range. PS: It will be extremely helpful if you kindly provide me with the university detail or website of the uni. Additional Info: Suppose, I have GPA 5.0 (on a scale of 5) in Secondary School Certificate (SSC), GPA 5.0 in Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) and 7.0 band score on IELTS. Can I expect some sort of scholarship? If yes, then a bit hints will be extremely appreciated.

Hey Adiba! I am from Bangladesh and I must say that your grasp over English is very good, considering your age is only 13 years. However, I found your question (rather appeal for financial help in the disguise of a Question) a bit disturbing since asking for monetary help for the kind of expenses you are aiming for is insensitive too, considering so many poor people are malnourished and lack shelter, cloth (in this freezing temperature in BD now) and education that the Tk. 600 Thousand about US$7500 could be well utilized to make a Primary School for at least 200 pupils who are less fortunate. So, my advise for your would be to remain content for whatever you (or your parents, in you case) can earn and spend. Isn't it a bit 'selfish' to ask for that kind of money for that kind of adventure? Next time I hope you will ask your Principal of school to raise fund to distribute blankets among the people who has been suffering miserably, those I am sure that you are seeing on TV. I am sorry that my answer did not cover your question well, but hope this would help you to see the other side of the coin and be happy to have got chance to get that kind of education which you are having, going by your other questions and answer.
