I Am Getting Some Spam Mails That I Want To Stop Them From Sending In Again. What Should I Do

Make my Email stop sending me stupid spam emails?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

If you do not want to receive spam mail, Stacy, then you need to STOP giving all those websites that you do not know your E-mail address! You can not completely stop all spam, but you can help to put a big dent in it.
First, try not to open any of them, that only makes them send more and more to you.
Check mark them and click on 'Spam,' this should stop those addresses from being delivered to your inbox.
Use your spam guard and block address.
Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it
Options /mail options
Click on 'spam' in the list on the left.
Make sure spam guard is on, by checking in the little box.
Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button, then click on save changes at top left of screen.
You will never get mail from that address again.
This should help you to control your spam.
Other tips:
Do not ever open E-mail from people you do not know; and unless you are absolutely sure who it is from then treat them as spam.
Opening spam alerts the sender that your address is a valid one and they send you loads and loads more of it to you.
Never, ever give out your account information or other personal information to anyone.
If you are on a site and you absolutely have to sign up for something, check the entire page to make sure you uncheck any lines wanting to send you any other info, notices, catalogs, ads, and the like.
Added detail:
Yes, spammers change one item in their addresses a lot, so you might try blocking the entire domain, by putting in
*@ thedomainyouwanttoblock.com
for instance: *@seeyou.com
Or, if they change the domain, instead of the company name you can block the name by putting in Imatheft_inc@*
Hope this helps

I am getting lot of spam emails that I didn’t sign up for. How can I stop the emails?

Use an email service which is very good at filtering SPAM.Google’s GMail is such a service, and tends to be pretty great at it; accounts are free.If your ISP isn’t going to do anything about it, then you’ll have to train up the mail filtering in your email client itself. If it doesn’t have one, you will need to switch email clients.Training up your filter has two problems:You will never be as good at it as Google is, with billions of accounts receiving something, it’s easy to recognize SPAM as something sent to a lot of their usersYou will still be downloading the SPAM, you just won’t be seeing it, so if you are paying for metered rate Internet service, the SPAM will still cost you money, and if you have a slow connection, the SPAM will still cost you timePersonally, I’d just get a GMail account.

Spam Filtering: How could I stop getting mails from "Mail delivery subsystem"?

So your emails are bouncing. There could be a few major reasons for this. Here are the most likely ones:the address you are sending to doesn’t exists (either your contact is wrong or there is a typo)your domain has been blocked by your recipient or a spam filterYour message is too largethe mailbox you are sending too is fullOf these, the easiest to deal with are the first three. It is worth it to read the response you get to figure out which one it is.To get the easy ones out of the way:if the message is tool large, remove some of the media and other bulky content from itif the mailbox is full, schedule the message to be sent after you think the recipient has cleared their mailboxThe other two mean that your message is being treated as spam.If the address doesn’t exist, delete it. The more bounces you get, the worse your sender reputation will be, which might get you on a blacklist. If your domain has been blocked by the recipient, it either means:They don’t want to receive messages from you because they look like spam. You can read here about how to make your emails look less like spam: Avoid the Spam Folder: Get Your Customer to Read Your Cold EmailThey wanted you to stop sending them messages and you didn’t comply. This is illegal and generally a bad practice. For more info about North American spam laws, you can read this article: Sales Outreach Emails In Light of Anti-SPAM LawsIf you have been blocked by a spam filter, you may have been put on a blacklist. You can read here about how to comply with spam filters and get off blacklists: Avoid the Spam Folder: Get Your Customer to Read Your Cold EmailIt is also worth authenticating your domain as spammers can hijack domains to do their spamming. This can leave your sender reputation in tatters and lead to more responses from the Mail Delivery Subsystem.

How to stop getting junk mail?

i was TRYING to make some money off of a website, i'm too young to get a job, and i guess several companies from the website now have my email address, and now they are sending me all these advertisements, and every day i open my inbox to see like 50 junk mail emails. pleese help me stop them from coming? i don't want this to go on forever!

p.s. also my house is on the "no calling" list, but now they are calling for me!!! i hate it; they are asking if i want to join a, like, weight loss program or find a college scholarship or win a new laptop computer.

Has ANYONE managed to stop SAGA sending Junk Mail through the post?

I have rung on numerous occasions and been promised that no more cr*p mail would be sent. This morning it's started again after a lull of about 6 months. Has anyone managed to get them to stop sending stuff out? I used to return it as "refused", I am registered with the mail preference too, but it makes no difference. I have no policies or holidays or anything else with them - I was just daft enough to ask for a car insurance quote once upon a time.

How do i stop porn sites sending me email?

Changing your email address is a bit drastic, you'd have all the hassle of informing all your contacts etc.

Have your got graphics turned off? If you haven't and you open one of those emails it sends a message back to the porn site that your email address is live, so you get more spam. When the spammer gets the signal that your email address is live, they will sell your email address to other spammers.

Do you mark them as spam so Yahoo knows to send mail from that address to the spam folder? You can mark all 20 in one go if you tick the box next to each email that looks like spam, and then send them all to the spam folder.

If you never open the spam emails (or only open them with graphics turned off) the spammers will eventually conclude that your email address is not live and they will stop.

It's safest to have graphics turned off on your email account. You can turn it on again for an individual email after you have opened it and know it is safe.

How do I stop Overstock.com from sending me E-mails?

You can usually "unsubscribe". Look at the bottom of the emails they send. In the meantime, mark it as junk and it will go to your junk rather than your inbox.
