Negative balance on student paypal account?
Well a few months ago I lost a dispute over receiving a DONATION. Anyways, buyer claimed his $1250 saying that he never recieved product shipment. I provided the info, paypal didn't give a F. Now my account as a negative account and I don't have the money to pay it. It's a student account, so they say my dads account will be responsible for it. Anyways, I told my dad this and he put in a fake social security number, fake address, closed linked bank account, and put in his paypal card as the linked credit card. I am 15 years old and live in the US. Some people on a forum told me that paypal won't do anything about it and sometimes charged my credit card (it's a paypal cArd though lol). So what should I do now, walk off and forget about it, or really do something about it? Many people say that they won't sue me since they are not a bank and just a money transfer business.
