Can I get a full time MBA degree while doing my job?

In theory you can, if you think about the amount of time needed to get a satisfactory result in tests/assignments plus that needed to ‘maintain’ a job (minus a ‘reasonable’ level of sleep sacrifice). Also, this assumes that you have sufficient control over your schedule to attend classes. At the end of the day, you need to decide why you are doing the MBA. I went to a B-School that offered both Executive and Full-Time MBAs and the quality of interaction and relationships that the full-time classes offered was vastly superior to those on the Executive course (so much so that I would actually propose that they are a different standard of degree). Most people that do Executive MBAs have good jobs that are likely demanding and you can understand them being a little ‘spent’ by the end of a day. I liken this to trying to do a full-time job and study at the same time. One of the great things about MBAs (particularly at good schools) is that the students are generally accomplished and have industry (real world) experience. This makes the conversations extremely interesting. This level of benefit is difficult without spending a sufficient amount of time.Having said that, a lot of people choose to do the MBA for signalling purposes (and/or career advancement). Since the grade you receive from your MBA is not generally heavily weighted, the ability to get the degree would be more important than the increase in your real value (which is more closely linked to time spent and the interactions described above).Last, the other benefit of doing the MBA is the network, which is likely to be a function of the amount of time you spend with your classmates.
