Can i lose weight by using laxatives?

i have problems going to the bathroom and on my own i barley go even once a week.
so we got laxatives and im going to try to go everyday.
so i would take the pill after school.
i had a long talk with my mom how i wanted to go see the doctor again bc of my bloated stomach all the time. if i eat a grape my stomach looks huge. i just want to look the way i look in the morning.
sure its not as flat as i want it, but its a start and its not like it is at the end of the day! i look pregnant and im only 120lbs, but i get sooo bloated and i look disportionent bc small waste, small butt, WTF IS THAT. oh. stomach.

so yeah will laxatives work? im mean i need to take them anyway bc i need to go to the bathroom, but with i get the benefit of loosing weight as well?

What is the best exercise equipment at home?

Different people engage in different routines for working out at home. One might just be using a treadmill for a 30 minute run to keep fit, while someone else would prefer to sweat it out in their home gym.So, when you have to decide an equipment for your home, the first thing that you should figure out, is what you look forward to do.Aim to burn calories?Go for a treadmill. A treadmill burns the most calories of any of the cardiovascular machines. Treadmills work for all fitness levels because of the user's ability to adjust the speed and incline of the platform. The top manufacturers for treadmills are NordicTrack, ProForm, Sole Fitness and Icon Health and Fitness.Looking for a hardcore workout? The best would be to go for a proper home gym. You can tone your muscles, lose weight, improve cardio strength, and build mass – all in the comfort of your own house. A typical home gym will offer a minimum of 40 full-body exercises and this number can go well beyond 100.There are many good choices for a home gym that you can consider, you can have a look at them.Is muscle toning what you point towards?Elliptical bikes, or recumbent bikes are a good choice.A recumbent bike would give your spine proper support, can be used as a great cardio workout for those who are looking to burn calories and lose weight, while gaining lean muscle mass.An elliptical bike is a low impact machine that is designed to mimic the movement occurring during running. If your elliptical comes equipped with handles that can support the movement, you can even train your upper body in addition to your hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, calf muscles and core during the exercise.Whatever your preference is, go for it and take a step towards a better life!

How do i get someone to sponsor me for weightloss?

ok so im gonna loose weight no matter what. but i was wondering how could i get the attention of a cerial company or a gym to sponser me as one of their success stories? i think it would be fun to loose weight for free because im sure they pay for it and it would be fun for them to have a story to promote. so how do i get the attention of those people? and no im not just looking to loose a few pounds. i would be sooooo supper happy if i lost about 100lbs. i would then weigh 150.
any of you guys got any idea how to contact those kind of people?

What is the best piece of home gym equipment most people would benefit from, considering cost, versatility, realistic storage, and results?

I think I can weigh in with a bit of perspective, being a former personal trainer & an executive at one of the largest national health club chains. The absolute best bang for your buck, ESPECIALLY for a beginner, would be...your own body! The sheer variety of challenging exercises you can perform with your own body weight are limited only by one's creativity.  I'm not necessarily an advocate of the generic, non-personalized workout DVD's like "p90x" or "Insanity", but, they do allow users to generally see significant results (so long as the participant's nutrition is in order) & they demonstrate how effective body weight exercises can be. Additionally, many forms of effective cardio require no equipment at all (ie - jogging, sprinting, hiking, swimming, etc). Google "bodyweight workout routine" (& possibly add "for men" or "for women" in the search for more specific results). Combine that with some weekly outdoor cardio & you'll be off to a great start. If you feel you need additional resistance at some point, you could look into kettle bells (like a previous poster mentioned), or, perhaps adjustable dumbbells which allow you to simply turn a dial to adjust the weight (don't get the Bowflex SelectTech ones, there are cheaper brands available). Also, maybe a pullup bar...you can perform many exercise variations beyond simple pullups/chinups, such as abdominal work like hanging leg raises. If you really have your heart set on purchasing a piece of home gym equipment for resistance exercise purposes (& don't mind spending a chunk of change), then the Bowflex Revolution is a decent option (not the same as the original, old Bowflex with the cheap resistance bars). Good luck with your workout goals!
