My emails are not being delivered?
Hi. I have been using an email tracking service (Readnotify.com) for over a year now and I have never had any problems until this past week when my emails have failed to send and I have received a message from postmaster.yahoo.com stating that it has been rejected because of code 554.5.7.9 and then directs me to a site about DMARC. My question is, what do I have to do to enable me to send emails with the extension "readnotify.com" on the end of my email addresses again. I have emails both yahoo and readnotify support but as of yet I have had no reply.

yes... you might have entered the wrong e-mail (it could have been someone elses so that is why you didn't get a fail delivery receipt) Or maybe you did send it to them and they accidental erased it. Check your sent items double check the address you sent it to then confirm it with that person.
Since about 10AM yesterday I cannot receive emails from my Yahoo groups (I am the moderator of a few).?
I use Thunderbird and can send and receive emails between my non-Yahoo email acct and my Yahoo email account. But no emails are received to my non-Yahoo email account from Yahoo groups. I have had no problems with this for YEARS, now all of a sudden, yesterday and today, I am not receiving emails from any of my Yahoo groups. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have triple-checked all settings in Yahoo Groups. I am set to receive individual emails, and there is no bouncing history.

The only answer I can give you "sst" is to try the BASIC version which is quite fast. Once you've gotten in it, though, you'd better place it in your «favorites». This way you can select either the full featured version or the Basic if the former won't send you the mails right away. If you do not know the procedure to enter BASIC, do this then : >go to gear top right→ select settings→select Viewing email→go down to the right and place the dot in the small box next to the word BASIC→go all the way down to the left and click SAVE. That's all. Now......I suggest you also place the regular version in the «favorites». Why? Because this way you can call for both versions and have them at the very top and switch from one to the other as you wish. This is what I do every time I go into Yahoo mail. Good luck!
