I Am Still Trying To Get Rid Of

I'm 18 going on 19. Why do I still have acne and how do I get rid of it?

Hormones and your diet are the main factors. If you are taking steroids or are on the pill, you increase the chances of getting acne. There are also hormones in your food (e.g., milk, beef, etc.). Certain foods interfere with good intestinal bacteria and can cause inflammation, contributing to skin problems, including acne.  Apparently, cortisol, a stress hormone, and insulin, which your body over-produces when you eat sugar, are also factors.Recommended changes: 1) Give up milk, gluten foods (wheat, rye, barley), and sugar for a few weeks to see whether they are your problem. Deep-fried foods would also be a good thing to drop.2) Eat organic food as much as possible to keep away from the toxins in most store-bought foods. Keep away from most processed foods. Eat grass-fed beef and lamb without added hormones, pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plain yogurt, Norway sardines, wild-caught Alaska salmon, and lots of fresh raw vegetables, but steam your broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, and green beans. Root veggies -- like sweet potatoes, turnips, parsnips, beets, carrots, celery root and jicama -- are helpful too. Eat fruit in moderation because the natural sugars could upset your insulin levels. If you hate vegetables and can't make yourself eat any (which could be a big part of your problem), find some kind of green super food powder, mix it with water or diluted juice and take it like medicine a couple times a day.3) Get plenty of enjoyable exercise and restful sleep.4) Get out in the sun and take Vitamin D3 when you can't. If you grow yourself an organic garden, you'll get sunshine, exercise, and great food too!5) Also take Vitamin A (from fish liver oil, 10,000 units with meals), Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and the B vitamins (especially B6) for skin health. A good teen multi from your health food store could provide these, along with zinc, which is also important for skin.5) Try putting plain yogurt on your affected skin to introduce good bacteria into the area. Rinse off after it dries.6) Drink spring water, if possible. If you can't do all of this, do what you can! The following web page has more useful info, though I disagree with its negative take on vitamin supplements. (Sometimes it's hard to get all your nutrients from food because of the way it is grown or because you might have extra high requirements due to genetics, your current state of health, or a restricted diet.)http://www.precisionnutrition.co...Good luck!

Mom is trying to get rid of my ferret?

If you didn't already know Ferrets take allot of responsibility and attention. And how would the smell travel around your house if hes in the garage? Get an outside cage if she really has a problem! Also indoor cages well any cage needs to be cleaned out almost everyday I have 2 ferrets I clean them out everyday or at the worst I will clean it 3 days at the max. I know you can get cage cleaner sprays that are scented I have one it smells of baby powder its a really nice smell and doesn't bother my fuzzies I also use baby wipes to wipe their cage off so that leaves a good smell too! Also do you put news paper down? Put news paper in your cage that way when they poop you can just collect the news paper without having to pick it up, best way to keep a ferrets clean cage fresh and clean also will reduce the smell. I was going to suggest putting them in a room your family hardly use but use enough to give the ferret some attention but you said you have them in the garage so I don't know why she has a problem with it? My best suggestion is an outdoor cage if it gets to the worst you sound like you give your ferret everything it could possibly need :) And an essays is a great idea I was also going suggest that too ha ha - And if you think he smells allot try taking on two ferrets I know people with 5 ferrets LOL - you just need to pick up after him, I know its allot but ferrets are amazing then need someone who can give them so much attention if you are un able to do that then yes I would suggest putting him up for adoption if it comes to that put up leaflets through peoples door letter boxes if she still sais no to keeping him :( Hope I could help in anyway at all..

I am trying to get rid of a cheeky mouse that insists on sharing my kitchen (without hurting him)?

Many old and not so old houses can attract mice. This is a terrible problem, not only because so many people are disgusted at the thought of these creatures loose in their house, but also because they are a health hazard, even more so if they get into kitchens. To prevent mice entering the house you could try stuffing all the little cracks in your steps and walls with steel wool as this is one material mice cannot chew through.

Im trying to sleep but i still feel like im on a rollercoaster and it wont stop. how do i get rid of that?

I know exactly what you mean. The same thing happens to me every time I spend a day at an amusement park where I rode rollarcoasters.

It always helps me to put a foot on the ground or to sleep on my side or even sitting up, propped up with pillows. The foot on the ground sometimes helps center your sense of perception - which is what feels off - and both of the different sleeping positions can help sooth any nausea that comes from your stomach and head feeling like they're swooping. Also, lying still, though you may feel like twitching - will help.

Above all, don't hang your head down or move quickly/expose yourself to bright light after being in the dark for a while - both will further mess with your perceptions.

Nibbling at something light, like saltines, or sipping a warm soup can also help.

Also, I've found that watching something calm/slow on tv can help, but that reading tends to make it worse.

It's been 2 years and I'm still not over a man. I've tried everything to move on (EVERYTHING) but I can't get him out of me. It's scary. What do I do?

I think I'm the only one here who can truly understand what you're going through. Couple of weeks ago, I was in the exactly same situation. I was trying to get over someone with whom I was in a relationship 2 years ago (yess!! 2 years ago!! what a coincidence). I cannot believe that it took me 2 years to get over her. While I was trying to forget her, I went through all kinds of phases. There was isolation phase, depression phase and bla bla etc etc phase. In short, it was really terrible for me.I was doing everything to forget her but she was always on my mind. I was like in infinite loop. I understand the true feelings behind your words when you say "I can't get him out of me". Well, let me tell you one thing. Whatever you're going though right now is NOT your fault and I'm saying this with experience that "Things will eventually get back to normal".It's been 2 years & you're still having a hard time to get over him. Probably, you should give it a second thought. If it works then it's a good thing and if it doesn't works then also it's a good thing because it'll finally give you the much needed closure. For me, it didn't work but I ended up with this great feeling of closure. After all these series of events, I went back to my hobbies in order to keep myself busy (playing guitar, watching anime, hanging out with friends) and it helped me a lot. There is some part of me that still have feelings for her but now I have accepted the bitter truth and trying to move forward in life.
