I'm so stressed out!! Please help?

PLEASE HELP! STRESSED AT SCHOOL!!!!?

Stressed about School?!!!!!!!!?
Well I have had 2 weeks holiday and i had that time to complete these 5 assignments. I meant to get them started in the 2nd week but I had no energy and could not be bothered. Now i have 4 days to complete them! I'm starting to majorly stress out! I dont think i will graduate! I guess it is all my fault that i'm stressing out, i created this problem. THis morning when I woke up i felt like i wanted to hurt myself in order to get out of the assessments. I know this is wrong but i feel so down!
If i stay up all night I will definitely get even more stressed. I am not going to school today so i can work on an assessment (which is a group project) because i feel bad for the other 2 people in the group but i can't concentrate and i cannot be bothered! I have even let Y!A distract me!
PLEASE HELP! DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS? I JUST WANNA CRAWL UP INTO A HOLE AND DIE! Is there any ways i can get an extension! Its a little hard because i cant get my dad to write a note! He'll look down on my wagging and procrastinating. (he's an MD).

Holy cow I'm glad you corrected yourself, I about had a heart attack when I read that you were feeding every day! Depending on how big the small rats are compared to your snake it may have been too much or just right. Generally when you over feed a BP it will take a break from eating. They have a pretty good sense of how much they should be eating and most will take breaks from time to time if they are being fed a lot. The rodent should be the same thickness as your snake or slightly thicker. It's actually better if the prey item is slightly thicker than thinner than your snake.

Am I depressed or stressed?

I so hear you.I observed my behaviour and I've come to some conclusions -- but Idk how to get past this state of mind you described. I don't think you should call this thing it in a certain way, like depression (though it is possible to be so), just see how you can get past this.You know, when my world is "perfect", I'm feeling well. But then, there is some external event that just ruins everything inside of me. I lose my balance. I get stressed. Anxious. Thoughts start running wild, and there are so many of them, that I can't distinguish one from the other. It's terrible, I get strong headaches and get really tired and dizzy. Happens every single day, sometimes for an hour, sometimes almost non stop.And you know what the weirdest thing is? What I have just described there can happen from small things. Even from nothing at all! It's just because of thoughts, because of the fact that you can't control them. Or can't keep yourself from getting too involved in them. You get stuck in the first thought, and that generates more thoughts, more tension and panic.The pattern was difficult to notice at first, and I recommend that you notice it too, before you can even do anything about it. See what triggers it. For me, it can be anything from a friend that doesn't dedicate their whole attention to me (selfish, but that's me :P), to a deadline or eating too much.It can be anything. And in these moments, I panic. Because I am not going to be the most important to someone (who fuels my ego by being... mine), people are not going too see how good I am at what I do - and that means I am worthless, or I am going to be fat so noone's gonna like me. I AM NOT GOING TO BE PERFECT. I AM NOT PERFECT.What a horrible thing to admit. What a difficult thing to accept. What a burdain to let this be seen by the world.Hard to live by these limits, I tell you. Im stressed out if he likes me or not please help!!!!!?

Ok i really like this boy alot! and this time i liked a guy i got to know him better. i think he really likes me. ill give you the signs:

1 when he looks at me and i look at him he either looks away or keeps staring and i looks away but when i look up hes still looking.

2 he trys to make me laugh

3. trys to get my attention.

4. his friends were mean to me but now their nicer.

5. one of his friends caught me looking at him and said why are you looking at him i said im not he said sure werent and he was smiling when he said it.

6. when he sees im upset he trys to make me laugh

7. when i told him i liked him he got mad so i made a excuse and were friends but he says he doesnt like any one and he said if i liked him he will comit suicide!

i dont understand he said he doesnt like any one and his friens say he doesnt either he doesnt look like that type of guy im sooo confused!!!!

What's a good way to relieve intense stress? And please don't say meditation.

Ok I will suggest “Exercise in Attention management” and not “Meditation” . We have a very bad association with the word “meditation”. It being something passive and to be done on a cushion and we become “relaxed” and all the images of candles and incense sticks etc… What I am suggesting is an active exercise in knowing how mind's attention moves and finding out how every phenomenon is impersonal, impermanent and “HOW” we create Stress. We are not interested in the “Why”.We have a simple solution which is called 6R - It is right effort as per Buddha but we have modified it and made it simple.1- Recognize :- When you are on your object of meditation such as “Loving Kindness” which is helpful in reducing stress and you realize your attention is on a thought. You recognize this.2- Release :- You let that thought be. Do not suppress or push it away. It is like if you were holding an ball in your fist and you just release it, the ball falls down, no pushing or suppressing.3- Relax :- When your attention is wandering there is a physical tension in the body. This is a deliberate action of relaxing. Generally found area of tension is head.4- Re-Smile :- We say “Re-smile” as smiling is part of our meditation. This keeps your mind relaxed and you also become aware of your distraction more easily if you are smiling.5- Return:- Return to the object of meditation.6- Remain:- Try and remain on the object of meditation as long as possible.For more information go to Dhamma Sukha Meditation CenterYou can not fight your stress with superficial things and instructions of “Just relax”. Or they will say “Let Go”, “Forgive the past” or many suggestions. The question is “HOW”? This is very difficult to come by. We can know how when you do- Attention management and attention enhancement regime. We call it TWIM.We will not call it meditation ;-)

How do I stop stressing out about grades?

If it is imperative that you need to get good grades: you will probably never stop stressing but what is important is that you accept and move on with your results: win or lose!If you end up doing bad: talk to your professor for extra credit and to go over the test with you personally. YES! as in sit down by his desk and go through each question you got wrong.Gather your troops: if this teacher is specifically harsh and unfair and everyone agrees with you. Get some support from your friends and parents and complain to the higher up. Things should change by then.

I'm so stressed about basketball try outs any help please?

Oh dude dont worry wat I would do is just practice right now because then when tryouts come i would be confident in my shot and wat u can expect is to first have a warm up like first the coaches tell u to run a lap around the court then you'll probably get into lines and start stretching and stuff and after that youll start practicing simple plays like the 3 man weave and some layups and passesand then play a pick up game but what the coach really looks for is guys who look confident in what there doing and if your tall and athletic you WILL make the team but if your not well you gotta show your good at lay ups and your good at shooting

Now think in what field do you specialize, or which ladder you are climbing (Your strong point).Now, once you've figured that out, think yourself 10 years ahead, in my case, I'm a software engineer, so I would see myself working at Microsoft.Okay, now you've gone 10 years in the future and seen yourself as a doctor (if medical is your strong point).You know, you'll pass the medical exam, mainly because it’s your weapon of success, so you probably won't be that much stressed about that.Okay, medical is no problem for you, let's move on to the remaining subjects.Just make a goal in your mind, that you have to study whether you like it or not, just fill your brain as much as you can related to medical studies, you do so.After result: -Medical: - 85%Remaining subjects: - 55%You tell your parents that you're capable of Medical only, and that it’s your direction to becoming an eye specialist.You know your future, you know you need nothing except medical, you're no longer stressed.
