I Am Trying To Find A Skit From Modern Family

Where can i find the original russian roulette skit by whitest kids' u know?

dude, im wondering the same thing.

Edit:

Alright, I just found out why we cant find the video. there is none. they just made it on a CD as just audio, there never was a video :/

What are some mistakes noticed on Modern Family?

There are plenty of mistakes. When I was pregnant and could not sleep, I watched the first six seasons over and over again. Great fun but it did make me notice just how sloppy the writers have been in terms of narrative consistency. For instance, if you put together all the pieces of information about Phil and Claire’s early relationship, things really don’t add up. Was Phil a forestry Major when they met or working as a DJ? And apparently Claire got pregnant with Haley when she and Phil had only been dating for a little while - the info from some episodes point towards them both still being at college at that stage but in the episode with Minnie Driver, it’s implied that Claire was working at a hotel company at the time. In the clips from the gameshow that Phil takes part in and wins a lifelong supply of razors, he proudly tells the presenter that he’s an estate agent and has a baby girl. However, if a later show is to be believed, he was still working in construction around that time and helped to build a movie theatre.Don’t get me wrong, I love the show and in the end these errors are just like Julie Bowen’s obvious botox: you know it’s wrong (in the early series, where would Claire get the time from to have botox? And isn’t she supposed to be this tomboy who’s not interested in clothes and her general appearance?) but choose to ignore it for the sake of the many things the show does get right.

Are Indians forgetting their culture?

Do you have any doubts about it?Definitely a big YES!!!When you see many boys and girls (especially from metros) who cannot count beyond 30 in their native language (like Hindi, Bengali etc.).When you see many people in high societies shaming Hindi and eulogizing English. When you call people wearing traditional dresses as ‘Bhaiyyaji’ or ‘Behenji’.When you shame ‘Brahmins’ for keeping a Shikha. When you look scornfully at people who visit temples and think that visiting Churches is modernity. When you see people denying entry into Malls those in traditional attire (Dhoti-Kurta) [1].When you know 1 January and don’t have any idea of our own Vedic New Year. When you do not touch the feet of your elders (parents, relatives, teachers etc.)When keeping a dog is a hallmark of modernity and keeping a cow is rustic. When there is an increasing trend of live-in relationships instead of marriages. When we know more about the glories of foreign countries than our very own land.It is the duty of every society to bequeath their culture to the next generations, but alas, we have failed!!Going by the comments, I see a clear lack of understanding of certain practices in our society. Practices like Dowry or Sati or Caste System were originally not the way they were being practiced. The Vedas give a detailed explanation of these practices, but people over centuries (probably in the last 1000 year) heavily misinterpreted to suppress the women and the weaker sections of the society. We need to trace the roots of these systems and then analyze whether originally they were perfect or not.My first answer with 3K Upvotes, thank you very much!!!Footnotes[1] https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=...

I have everything I thought I wanted, and I'm still not happy. Why?

I had everything I ever wanted. Not just the money, the beautiful house and the great job. I also was a well-balanced human being gifted with intelligence, humour, good looks and so on. I also had an amazing family, close friends, a loving partner and a beautiful dog.I was miserable. The wake-up-in-the-morning-and-wish-you -hadn’t kind of miserable.I was so unhappy, and on top of that I felt really guilty because it felt like I had nothing to complain or be unhappy about. And I didn’t.This state lasted for about two years before I completely broke down.I broke down out of frustration that I couldn’t answer the following question:“I have everything I want - how can I possibly be unhappy?”This lead me on the search for happiness. What is it it and where does it come from?I spoke to the most inspirational business leaders,I went to see psychologists and psychiatrists,I had the chance to meet some of the world’s spiritual leaders,I sat by enlightened masters,I practiced sports, yoga, meditation and holidayed on sandy beaches. After all this, it took a complete surrender of everything I thought I was, and it took me giving giving up on life altogether. Then I understood.More than simply understood, I experienced it first hand.I came to know true happiness. So what is it and how is Happiness achieved?Happiness comes from within.I guess you know that already but let me just reiterate how true this is. I’ve seen the world’s richest people be the most miserable and people with ‘nothing’ happy as children. This proverb describes it well:Happiness does not mean feeling joy, or even good.Sounds crazy, right? Let me explain… Happiness does not come from feeling good, it comes from not feeling conflicted, not repressing, or not trying to hold on to anything.Happiness is the art of living in the present moment, accepting everything as it is an not wanting to change it.Happiness is remaining open to whatever life throws your way, no matter how painful it may be.Happiness is remaining true to the quality of the moment, to what really is rather to what you want it to be.I am still in disbelief that after so many years of misery I can say that I am truly happy, and that nothing outside that shift this state.I write this in the hope that at least one person is inspired by this and that it rings as true. In my experience, it is.

What do the Japanese find funny?

My opinion is really similar to area52's... its like, if the Japanese don't understand American jokes, we don't have a sense of humor and we are boring. I don't find some shows like Jackass and The Simpsons funny, but I love some standup comedians, they are quite funny.

I don't like those "physical" comedies in Japan for the same reason I don't like Jackass. However, it seems really popular in Japan these days. Comedians in Japan used to make people laugh by telling funny stories on the stage, or by creating skits, but I guess they are becoming sort of oldfashioned now. The people seem to find it funnier when a comedian makes another comedian eat sushi with tons of wasabi in it. I don't get it though.

But there are about 130000000 people in Japan so it is hard to say what the Japanese find funny. What do Americans find funny?

Filipino values??? Help please best answer asap!?

For our finals on our values education subject, we need to perform a skit/dramatization that would last for like 5 minutes(but less is okay). Our topic is Filipino values. Can anyone please give me ANY ideas on what we can do? There's 7 of us in our group.

Oh and if it helps... We're the kids in college who live on the bare minimum, so it doesn't have to be awesome or anything, as long as it's decent, we're good. Please help my grade depends on this =(

This question is for Gilmore Girls lovers!!?

All of my friends have told me that I missed a lot of GilmoreGilrls. I am a huge fan of it. I watch it everyday at 10:00 in the morning. But, I left off where Sookie just got married, Jess came back from Washington to see Rory and they kissed at Sookie's wedding, and Lorelai has this dream of being married to Luke and being pregnant. If you need additional details e-mail me at hersheyscat@yahoo.com. But, please tell me what I missed and what channel I can start seeing the new episodes on!!!
