How to set up hotmail account on android phone.?
i have a motorola atrix and i am trying to add a hotmail account to it. it is an android phone. when i type in my details it comes up with 3 options pop3 exchange and something else cant remember. which one do i choose? the there is lots of settingd like port. server. ssl. what are the details i need to change on this section. please someone help. everytime i try diffeerent settings i get a message saying unable t connect to server. my yahoo account and gmail account are set up fine just need my hotmail account.

How do you delete a Yahoo! Mobile Mail account for Android?
I have a LG l38c android from which I want to totally remove Yahoo. Followed Lishkal's answer: " it's easy go to e mail press and hold your email name n address then hit menu key which is the settings key and scroll down to delete!". Doesn't work for me! Maybe someone could spell the directions out step-by-step for an older guy like me?

You should probably use the ones with your hosted account, that way all your mail reflects your domain. However some ISP's insist that all traffic go through their SMTP server, mostly in order to control spam. That may be causing you some problems and you can contact your ISP to verify this. Usually logon errors are the result of an incorrect configuration in your e-mail client(Outlook, or whatever you use). Double check all the settings, particularly regarding the server settings. Sometimes it is easier to just delete the account and start over. Good Luck

If you are getting login errors while connecting, please make sure that you have the correct POP3 settings, user name and password. If not contact the administrator of that company and ask for them. With OutLook you can easily set up two Mails coming to the same user account. Usually to set up a one account, you have to follow the following steps in OutLook 2003 - Open OutLook - Click “Tools -> Email Accounts” - Select “Add a new email account” - Press “Next” - Click “Add ..” Button - Select POP3 and press “Next” - Fill up the details properly as given by the Admin. - Then later you can create a separate data folder and let the mails direct to that data folder. - If you are going for a different account, you can configure that account just like the same. So both mails will be coming to the same user profile.
