Can I return jeans from forever 21 If I cut the tag off?
You can try but it is up to the stores policy. Usually they will not let you return them unless faulty. They are not obligated to give you a refund or exchange but you could try.
Does store credit from Forever21 have an expiration date?
Once you exchange it within the date mentioned on the receipt, they can give you cash back on the card used for purchase or a store credit card, depending upon the store policy. If you insist then they can definately give you the money deposited into your account. But incase if you choose to get the store credit, they will give you a gift card sort of card, which you can use whenver you want, and it has no expiration date.
Forever 21 exchanging and store credit?
okay. i have some experience with forever 21 exchanges/store credit. what happens is, you get store credit. thats means, you have (for example) $47.60 to spend on whatever you want in that store. if what you want equals more than $47.60, you just pay the rest of it out of pocket. (its basically like a gift card.) so, anything you would be able to do with a gift card, you can do with your store credit. if you were doing an exchange, you would get the same thing in a different size/color. hope this helps! oh, and good luck! happy holidays!

First off Forever21 and ModCloth are massively different companies. One thing they do share is that they source from a plethora of different designers/manufacturers based in the San Pedro downtown LA wholesale clothing market. But before we talk operations, let's talk style.If you don't have a style following, you need to build one. Susan Koger, founder of ModCloth, started by selling individual vintage thrifted items from her dorm room. She built a following and only after proving people liked her style, she increased her product assortment and inventory. Start a style blog, instagram, write for fashion publications, etc. Whatever it takes to build a following around your specific taste.Once that's established I would drive down to the San Pedro market in downtown LA and buy a small assortment of clothes that are in your style. Then start selling. A major challenge with starting these businesses is capital. Demand will determine your buys, buys will determine how much inventory on hand you're stuck with, which will ultimately come down to how much capital is stuck in inventory which will limit future buys. So build into your demand slowly. ModCloth was known for scarcity. Partly because it started as single vintage items, so every item was scarce. But even when we started to buy styles we would keep the buys small to better manage inventory, but that had the added positive effect that the items on our site were quite "scarce" too.The operations and technology pieces are simple enough with the tools provided today through Shopify and other SAAS eCommerce providers.Simple supply and demand. Well before you ruin the shirt take it back. If they have more in stock you can just exchange it. If you have the reciept still you can get your money back. If not they can enter the code on the tag and you will get store credit for how much they are selling the shirt for now. I worked there for over a year.
Forever 21 return policy?
Today, I bought a pair of jean and a shirt at Forever 21. Then, I found something better at another store. So now I want to go back to Forever 21 and return it for store credit. But the thing is, the tag came off of the pair of jean. Would I still be able to return it for store credit tomorrow with the recpiet and the tag (just not attached). Both are still in the same condition it was at the store. And what if I dont want to use my store credit just yet? Can they put it in a gift card and I'll just use it whenever I want to? Can I use it online..?

Store credits are NOT gift cards- they never expire, and you can also use them to order online. If you decide to exchange and what you pick out costs less than what you are bringing back, then the remainder will be put on a store credit. No cash refunds, no credit card refunds, no debit card refunds, no check refunds, no refunds at all, ever. Your tags have to be attached, and you must have the receipt. If you lost the receipt, the most they will allow you is to exchange the items.. you would not be able to get a store credit. You won't need her card either. Good luck...
How do I find out if Forever 21 has an item in store that is online?
You could try calling them and asking but they probably would not be able to help you. Your best bet is to just go into the store and look for that shirt and if they do not have it exchange it for something else that is your size. They have lots of clothes, you could probably find something just as cute!
Does anyone else think Forever 21 SUCKS?
The answer is yes. They are shady. They are sloppy. You get what you pay for with that company. First of all they had a damaged shirt, which I didn't notice was damaged, on the clearance rack for 8 bucks which is too much for a damaged product anyway. And they didnt inform me when I bought it that it was final sale which they should have. Secondly, they don't return any cash or credit back to your card if you use a credit/debit card- only store credit. They also chose to not tell me this upon my purchasing something even as I said I might want to return this later, but I'll buy it for now. On top of that, I called their hotline and asked an inventory question to see if something was still in stock or at which stores a certain item was sold at or if it was on their website. The rep said they dont have any access to that information. What the hell? What else would people call for? To ask what year their company was established? I think not. They are obviously sketchy and up to strange things. Its cheap material and shady policies and they treat their sweat shop workers like dogs. See "Made in L.A." on youtube.
