Why do most mobile phones have nonreplaceable batteries nowadays, as of 2015–16?

Advantages & disadvantages of non-removable batteryPosted on December 11, 2014 by ManikandanConfused whether to buy a mobile phone with a fixed battery? Want to know the merits & demerits of the built in batteries? Get a professional advice on choosing a cell phone with a non-removable battery.Pros and Cons of Non-Removable batteriesIts good to consider each and every feature of the smart phone which will planned to buy. HTC 1 is one of the mobile which has the permanent mobile battery which can’t be removed and there are also many new mobiles yet to release with a non-removable battery. In this article we are going to see the full pros and cons of the in build battery. Before looking the negative side, lets see the positive side.AdvantagesUsually most of the smart phones with inbuilt battery has external memory card slot and SIM slot. So the users didn’t want to remove the back cover every time. The time of removing the battery for switching the SIM cards is also saved. The mobile cover won’t break since its fixed with the cell phone and users won’t have to deal with it. Thus the mobile can be used for the longer period of the time. The dust won’t enter in the internal parts of the mobile since all sides are mostly sealed. So the mobile looks fresh and new.The smart phone will look more solid fit and the manufactures can make slimmer mobile phones by reducing the gaps and the slimmer phone looks more stylish.Usually the inbuilt batteries have higher lifetime than the removable batteries.DisadvantagesYou can’t use a spare or a secondary battery when your primary battery loses all its juice, this is the major drawback of non removable battery. If your mobile gets struck and all your controls stops working then you can’t reset by removing the battery. Now the only option that left for is to wait until the charge gets dry up.All type of battery will be damaged when short circuit occurs and the inbuilt batteries are not the exception. Its not easy to replace the old battery with a newer one, in case the fixed built in battery fails. You may need to pay separately for the person who replaces the old battery with the new one.

Has anyone taken isotretinoin treatment for acne?

I was in class 7, when I started having severe acne. And all that my parents (and other elders) said is that it will go away on it's own after sometime. It was something very trivial to them and they didn't bother much. However, it was difficult for me because teenage is always difficult, obviously.I took special care of my face. I used a separate washed towel for face, never popped a pimple/acne, tried all those herbs like neem, turmeric, etc. It was all in vain.It stayed for almost 7 years, when finally I decided to consult a dermatologist. The first question the doctor asked me was "why didn't you come earlier?". So, he gave me isotretinion/accutane (Sotret) along with some creams and facewashes. The first month was a little painful, because it didn't show much improvement, rather, I saw increase in my pimples. But, I learnt that that's how it works. It forces the hidden pimples/acne out and then works on the sebum glands. The second month was moderate. On the third month, 80% pimples faded away. The fourth month, I had the skin of a model/actress. Maybe I am exaggerating, but compared to the skin I had, it was a miracle. The fifth, sixth and seventh month were quite similar. And (touchwood), it's been 10 years now since I took sotret, till date I didn't have any severe acne problem. Though, pimples may come and go due to stress, pollution, stomach disorders, etc. Now, the very important part of isotretinion is that "if you have other ways to cure your acne, do it, instead of isotretinion. This should be your LAST OPTION." Why? Because, prolonged use or improper use of Isotretinion can lead to many issues inside your body, like hormonal imbalance, fibroids/cysts, stress, cognitive problems, etc. Isotretinion stays in your blood for a long time, even after you stop taking the pills. It's dosage must be consulted by a good dermatologist and hence improvised by the doctor only. Most of the time, Acne/pimples are symptoms, which tell you there is something wrong inside your body. In most cases, it's either due to lack of hygiene or hormonal imbalance. Try to check on those first, if not, go for isotretinion under doctor's supervision. Also, there's a lotion/gel called clindamycin (I prefer Alkem's clindac A solution), it helps to dry/reduce pimples visibly.Isotretinion won't work on scars, for that you have to use scar fading gels/creams like mederma, or whatever is prescribed by the dermatologist. I hope this helps. All the best.

Has anyone faced health issues while preparing for IIT JEE and even then, they succeeded?

I gave the first ever JEE-Advanced in 2013 (I know, I am ancient now! :P)However, I distinctly remember the last few months that were very eventful! By December, I had covered about 80% of my syllabus. My plan was to start a thorough revision of the same in January, along with studying for the Board Exams and if time permits, go for the remaining 20% after that! But, I did not factor the unpredictable…which happened! I had chicken pox in January 2013. People say it usually strikes once in a lifetime, and what better timing than this! *sigh*So, January for me meant no revision, no studying for Boards and forget about that 20% , which was almost out of the agenda now!I worked my way through the syllabus effectively, before preparing for the Boards. I had concerns about the English exam, especially since I had not written anything remotely close to the writing skills part. Somehow, I still went ahead.Board Exams went smoother than expected.JEE Mains was also pretty good.JEE Advanced was decent, just a tad bit disappointing though..The Results :JEE Mains - 274/360JEE Advanced - AIR 1260 (Gen)Boards - 94.8% (97/100 in English!! I so wanna meet the invigilator who checked my paper :P)

Sprained ankle?

I went joging and stepped into a whole and twisted my ankle very badly. When i tried to walk on it i felt something snap or pop in my ankle.
It instantly swoll up and i couldnt put no weight on it anymore.
So limped well actually hopped back to the car to call one of my friends to pick me up.
I went to the doctor and he took an x-ray and told me that it just sprained.I cant move it turn it etc...and i cant touch it because it hurt like crazy. And it swoll up to the size of an Grapefruit.
Is it really just a sprain.???I also must say the doctor didnt really take to much time.

Why am I constantly tired? I take iron and vitamin D tablets, but they are not working. Why could this be?

Because in the great majority of people who feel tired, but no iron nor vitamin D deficiency has been demonstrated, taking them at random won’t ever help, at the most at placebo level. Many, many physcially healthy people feel fatigued, only a small minority of them has an underlying physical problem. In most young people feeling tired has nothing to do with having physical problem, being (chronically) stressed out, in some being depressed, saps you of all your energy, thus you feel tired. Some people work too hard for too long, the why would be evident too, some just can’t say no when asked to help out, so will do lots and lots of extra work on top of their usually very busy schedule, no wonder they are tired. There also is a condition we don’t exactly know what it really is (some say it’s our immune system reacting the wrong way), nor how to effectively treat it, we call Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), in spite of sometimes serious symptoms we in the last decade have never found any underlying physical problem explaining the symptoms.Of course there is a long list of possible underlying physical conditions, to name just a few:-anemia (low hemoglobin), in many females due to heavy periods or having been pregnant often, these people having an iron deficiency will benefit from iron supplementation. But, there are more underlying problems causing anemia, in developing less hygienic places, and people having been there, hookworm investation can cause an iron deficiency anemia too. These people need to be dewormed. In others it’s the first symptom of having an otherwise asymptomatic mainly right sided colon cancer.-hypothyroidism-in some having a large neck circumference it could point to Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), which by obstructing the flow of air in the throat causes the person to frequentely wake up during their sleep, so sleep badly and are tired after waking up.This can be treated by wearing a CPAP mask during sleep, the raised air pressure in one’s throat will by acting like a kind of splint prevent the throat from closing when during sleep muscles are relaxed-being short of breath: asthma, COPD-heart failure-other chronic diseasesso if you keep feeling fatigued, while there are no psychological problems see above, see your doc to have these excluded.
