I cant access my hotmail inbox?
I cant aceess my hotmail inbox, when I click to see my emails or delete or do anything else they send me a message saying ``Please refresh your browser window. When you access your Windows Live Hotmail account from more than one computer, we ask you to sign in again to help keep your account private and secure`` and I did refresh the window and signed in so many times...I dont know what else to do! I sent an email for support but they did no do anything. I need help, I really need to access my account.. Thanks

I can't access my hotmail account at all?
I'm in the US and am having the same exact problem. When I try to sign in to my Homtail (it's an @hotmail.com one), it just goes back to the sign in page as if nothing happened. When I try to reset my password, I get the same message as the question asks. I really hope Microsoft will be able to fix this login problem soon... Weird thing is my friend's account, which is another @hotmail.com one, is working fine. I hope there was no hacking going on, and is just a small problem... Go to the Sign In page and enter your right email address or phone number and click on the next and then enter your password and access in your Hotmail account.
I cant remember my hotmail password or my secret question and i don't have an alternate email address?
You could take educcated guess as to what your password/ secret question is. I have all of my emails, passwords, and secret questions along with my paypal, game and itunes account on a document, in the event i do forget. I had this happen, and it the anwser it what i least expected it to be. Just keep making good guesses. You could request to change your password, although i dont remember if you need ur secret anwser. Good luck, hope i helped. Also, there are a few virus-free programs that can fix that, though im pretty sure you have to buy them.
