I Cant Get Enough Of Netball

Why can't I get up after I bend down on my knees or squat?

Well!!! Can you get up after sitting on a chair without taking help of the arm rest.If answer is no then you should see a doctor asap. Problem areas can be knee or lower back or hips.If yes then fundamentally there is no issue as sitting on a chair and getting up is basically a squat exercise. Now if you can do that then why can’t you do a squat exercise.May be you are are putting weights on your shoulder and squatting and because of that you are facing difficulty. if this is the case then first master free squats, do at least 100 free squats on your leg days which should be twice in a week and then move on to weighted squats. If you are having issues with free squats then 3 scenarios can be there:Your quadriceps are not strong enough so to first strengthen them you should first take support of a bench and then just sit and raise with proper form wherein your hips should go back and your knees should not go ahead of your toe.Your lower back is not strong enough for which first you should do lower back strengthening exercises like hyper extensions and other such exercises. This will eventually help you with your squats.Your overall core strength has not developed so you should do some basic aerobics with bit of functional training alongwith good proper diet enriched with complex carbs and protein.I have made lot of assumptions to answer your question. Hope it helps you or else with some more details we can zero down on the issue further.Cheers!!

When I play netball, hockey or do any exercise, I taste blood, have a very sore chest & cough when I come off?

What is this?
My mum & dad just say its coz i'm unfit but i suspect something else, asthma maybe. coz why would I taste blood if i was just unfit, and plus the coughing. It feels like i have a cold and theres phlegm stuck, and i cant cough it out. it also hurts to cough. My legs don't hurt or anything, just my chest, throat and my mouth tastes of blood!!

I’m 12 years old, and I’m joining my first netball team. Since I don’t have very good coordination and don’t know everything about the game, I likely won’t be very good at it. Will the other kids make fun of me if I make lots of mistakes?

Maybe, but the best way to improve is to practice. So show grit and ignore the haters. What I say in pickup soccer is “flush the mistake” [you can use the toilet chain motion], consider the mistake unlucky, see if you can learn from it and move on.Soon the awesome plays will stick with you and you can be a mentor to the next 12 year old that is new to netball. This country is very ‘good’ at taking the fun out of young sports. Remember to enjoy it first and let muscle memory take care of the improvements that will naturally happen.

I really want to do pony club, but my mum thinks....?

i would do pony club instead of keyboard because i dont like keyboard very much and ive done it for a long time! i have my last game on basketball tonight and then i play netball on saturdays in winter.

What do ATP-CP, lactic acid ane aerobic energy systems do in netball?

ATP-CP: This is the sugar molecule that is stored in working muscles. It is then broken down into ADP, which lets us do very powerful muscle contractions for up to 1 minute. This is used in netball when you sprint from standing still. It provides you with a very quick burst of energy in your muscles and this lets you go straight to sprinting, not gaining speed first. It is also used in netball when you are jumping to get and intercept or defend a pass and you jump extra high on a particular pass, because you use the stored up energy in your muscles to provide you with a quick and strong jump. It usually takes about 3 minutes for this energy to be replenished.
Lactic Acid: Lactic acid occurs when you push your self a little bit too far. Your body uses oxygen to burn the glucose stored in your muscles. If you are doing very demanding exercise, your body cant supply enough oxygeon to your muscles quick enough and your muscles will burn the glucose by itself. This then produces lactic acid. The build up of lactic acid causes your muscles to be sore after the match and if you push your self too far, you muscles can gradually get fatuged during the netball match, there for reducing your quality of play.
Aerobic Energy: Aerobic energy is energy with oxygen. The 3 main fuels that the body uses in the aerobic energy system are Glucose, fats and then protene. The muscles use oxygeon to break down these fuels which will produce ADP for continuoses amounts energy for continueses amounts of exercise. This is used in netbal because the game goes for 40min and it is basically non stop running. The Aerobic Energy system provides you with stamina to continuesly run througout the netball game without getting tired (unless your body runs out of those fuels).
Hope this helps :)

Will you lose a lot of weight if you don't eat a lot (naturally) and don't exercise, but have lots of water and detox teas?

If you are already on a low calorie diet and drink plenty of water, but not sweet sugary drinks, then the battle is half over. This is the most important thing when trying to lose weight. In fact this should take up 4/5 of your time if you planned out what to eat and when.Netball is a great cardio activity, but you don't have to go to the gym or spend any kind of formal training in order to get in a complementary workout. There are many perfect ways in order to get active and these include walking, hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, piyo or resistance training just to name a few.Being active is just the cap on a weight loss program. It should consist of the remaining 1/5 of your time and can be any of the aforementioned exercises or something that you enjoy doing. Just make sure it is something that you like since 30 minutes at least 3x per week will be spent doing this to get you healthier.Get even more weight loss ideas at http://getslimandsexy.com

Is introversion a disadvantaged personality?

I think Introversion is an amazing benefit within itself, but for reasons unknown there is a stigma attached to it. Like who would have thought Clarke Kent had anything going on besides being a “mild mannered” reporter. So, it tends to throw people off. But, I enjoy being an Introvert. I AM an only child, but my parents were wild and crazy party animals and I was always lulled to sleep by the sound of China and glasses clinking, and people laughing and speaking loudly over the Panasonic sound system. I did a lot of social activities as a kid, but I would leave summer camp and walk home (not too far away), and I didn’t get the point of being a Girl Guide. I quit ballet after one year. I had natural athleticism, but was not competitive, at all, but the coaches sent me to netball tournaments and cross country events. I would come first or second, but I didn’t get it. I just not interested in the mindset and conversations of the people I met. So, I have had every opportunity to BE Extroverted. But, I chose to study nature closely, to dig in the dirt, to go swimming at the beach with the dog, alone, to write and draw and figure things out. I found that a crowd took away the joys of that quiet ambition and being Introverted has allowed me to develop myself in so many ways. I like that I can draw my own conclusions. My childhood was a roller coaster ride, but I would have been like this any way. Mind you, I can take center-stage from time to time, but I love the little quiet studio in ME.

Tips On How To Lose Weight For a Teenager?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
