I cannot open my e-mails as it keeps saying, retry. What is going on?

I can't open links in my mail. What do I do? Or maybe, what have I done?
Here are a few things to try. Clear your history, temporary files (this one takes a while – wait for the hourglass to stop) & cookies, restart the computer and retry. . Keep getting "retry" message when opening emails?
About 50% of the time when I go to my yahoo mail account, and open up an email in the inbox, I get this message; There appears to be a problem loading the email "New messages from Eneida D. Weiss". Retry When I click on the retry, I get this message: An unexpected problem has occurred. Performing your action again in a few moments will probably solve the problem. If it persists, we suggest you close this window and re-launch Yahoo! Mail. Even after I close the window, and do a re-launch, I get the same messages. This only happens sporadically, and it seems to happen when I am using my firefox browser, although I logged into another yahoo email account I have using firefox, and there are no problems. When I first open up my yahoo email in the morning, it works fine for a while, then it starts doing the same thing I mentioned above. I sent this same question in about 6 days ago, and received this response; I've performed maintenance on the back end of your account that should resolve this issue. Please try again. I can't seem to open an account through mail.com. I keep getting this message "Your registration could not be processed at the moment. Please try again later." How can I resolve this?
Try to switch network of Internet Connection. I have been trying from a long time on my home wifi and when i switched to my mobile data issue solved..!Hope this helps. You can also look for other email providers like News, Sports, Weather, Entertainment, Local & Lifestyle - AOL

Is it logical?
