I can't find my old e-mails.?
I am having difficulty. When I search for ANY messages in the search box, I cannot find them. This means I am unable to find messages from over a year ago. Do you have any idea why? This just started last month, I never used to have this issue. It sucks I can't talk to a support team over the phone. ;/

It's never a good idea to post your email address in a public place like Yahoo Answers. I highly recommend you delete this question. There are a number of reasons your messages may appear to be missing. I can't see older emails in my account, I can only see 10 days worth in my inbox?
Hi, Just a suggestion: Switch to BASIC version of Yahoo Mail for time being. I experienced this yesterday, I found emails only from last month. I wanted to make sure my account have not been hacked! Switched to Basic and found all my emails!! If you are not aware how to switch to BASIC version:: * Move cursor to GEAR icon located in top right corner (next to your name); * Select SETTINGS from drop-down menu; * Select VIEWING EMAIL from left pane; * Select BASIC @ Mail Options from your right side; * Click SAVE in the bottom of the screen. You will be switched Basic Yahoo Mail in few seconds. Very Basic way to Read, Search, Reply and Compose your Emails etc http://m.yahoo.com/p/mail Double click on Message to read Email Message, Double Click on INBOX logo to see Folders etc. Double Click on Pencil in Top Right hand corner to Compose Message. To Contact Yahoo by Email, this can be done by clicking on HELP at the Bottom Right Hand side of the Yahoo Home Page under Horoscopes. Click on whatever Subject is best for you for more information, you can also Click on the Arrows for more options, or Type your Problem in the Search Help box. TYPE SECURITY QUESTIONS, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN HACKED AND ARE WHAT YOU PUT. For more Help and advice you can also Go to the Right hand side of page and click on CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.. Click on Select a Product, then select a Category or Version, page will reload for you to click on Sub Category. Make sure you fill in Brief Details of what has Happened, click Enter. Depending on the Category you select and the Sub Category you also select you may see at the Bottom of the Page for more help Click on EMAIL A SUPPORT AGENT. You may have to click on different ones and try variations. Or else there will be information there on the page to help with your problem.
