Can I sign in to my xbox live account from my new xbox?
i'm in Australia and that i'm having the suitable comparable project, even my profile has disappeared from my Xbox's homestead, I basically wish they restoration it quickly or a minimum of they make an assertion of what's happening, i somewhat wish it hasn't been hacked, :(
I cant connect to xbox rewards after I changed my account email?
I recently changed my account email for my xbox live account. I wasn't using the old email anymore so I am using a new one. When I logged into xbox rewards it keeps telling me I have to connect to my xbox and purchase gold. However I already have an account with gold it was the same account as before except with a different sign in email. Now the xbox website seems to think that this is a new account or something. I wanna access the rewards to view stats but whenever I try it keeps telling me to buy gold. Also in the top right corner it sometimes signs me out whenever I click on stats or join xbox rewards. Any tips? Also please don't write "call xbox" because whenever I call I get put on hold for at least 20 minutes and I don't have time for that. I don't wanna start a new account since it took me almost 7 years to get 65,000+ gamerscore
Change email connected to xbox live account?
Hey, when i created my xbox live account i had to creat a new email address because the one i always use knew i was underage and it required parental consent etc etc, but now ive made my account with another email address, i am wondering if i can change the email address to the one i always use. but i am worried that it will erase something or tell me i need parental consent and not let me change the email back? Thanks!
How can I change the email linked to my Xbox Live account without using my password?
We made my Xbox live account a long long time ago and we cannot remember the password to the email account linked to the gamer-tag, we have tried to reset the password but do not know enough information about the account to do so. So i was wondering whether it would be possible to change the email connected to the account or not? We need to know the password or change the account now that there has been an Xbox update and to access my Xbox live i have to enter the password to my account which i do not know. Any help would be great :)

Here is what you need to do... Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX (official xbox support) Go through the steps and finally get a person on live with you, tell them your entire situation. The cops suggestion will only make you look like a fool. You don't tell the police "my xbox got hacked" because it isn't a real emergency....Now if you have a credit card ON that account, then the police idea is GOOD but if theres really no real life **** getting broken its not a good idea to call them Short version: Call 18004MYXBOX, tell them whats happening Only call the police if you have a credit card on that account, and you know the person may use it.
Xbox Live account recovery--Dont know the email?
I think I had a similar problem... Unfortunately, I had to change the email address associated with my Windows Live ID. Unless you have already done this, it is fast, easy and free to sign up for a Google Mail address and/or a Yahoo! Mail address. What I did was: 1) Go to the Windows Live site (http://home.live.com). 2.a) Unfortunately I can't access the Windows Live site at the moment but, from memory: either click a link saying something similar to "I have forgotten my account details", or go to the 'Sign In' page and do the same. This step might be wrong, I'm afraid... 3) If you haven't already, specify that you can't remember your email address. From there it should give you the option to change it. If this isn't the case, then just find the link that allows you to change your email address. It might request your password and/or username. Enter in the details of a valid email address that you can remember. 4) Voila! Your Windows Live email address will have been changed. You may or may not have to go to that email address' inbox and click a validation link contained in an email that they may send to ensure the validity of your email. Do this if you have to, then sign in with your semi-new Live ID! Sorry that this was quite long-winded and vague. Basically, go to the Windows Live site and change your email. After that your old, inaccessible account should be accessible using your new email. Hope I helped, JB
How do i change my xbox live e-mail to a different e-mail while keeping my same xbox live gamertag?
Log on to your passport account. Go to https://accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf?vv=550&lc=1033 and click on account services. Long on using your current email address that is connected to your xbox account. From there you can change the email address associated with your gamertag. I did this a week ago.
