I Deleted My Ethernet Component Cant Access Internet Help

What is the difference between "Internetwork and the Internet"?

Internetworking is the combination of multiple sub-networks into one, by using routing technology. It signaled the beginning of the development of networking technologies that eventually made the internet (which was originally called the arpanet) possible, starting with the ethernet (CSMA/CD) local area network and TCP/IP protocols. Before this, each major computer company created a networking technology with extremely limited capability for connecting with other brands of computers.

The first network interface adapter for the internet was a stack of electronic components over 4 feet tall called an Information Message Processor (IMP).

The capital-I Internet is the trans-global network that was created by combining networks using the internetwork technologies. The little-i internet is the path that each connected computer uses to reach the Internet.

I accidentally disabled my Ethernet connection, how do I enable it?

If you on windows you can open control panel and then open network connections or network sharing. Then click on change adapter settings. Right click on disabled interface and choose enable.

Why can't applications directly access IP and perform operation without UDP(no reliable service)?

Not sure what you're asking. Most apps use TCP to ensure packet delivery. It's more efficient for the app since the protocol stack provides for verification of delivery in order.

UDP is used where assured delivery isn't required. A good example is DNS. If the DNS client doesn't get a response from the server after the timeout interval it simply resends the request. Most DNS servers are too busy to be able to provide assured delivery without overloading. Many media apps use UDP and provide delivery assurance and packet sequencing within the app itself to take the load off of the protocol stack due to the volumes of data involved.
