Just 5 responses to 3 questions made me realise that something is definitely wrong with my questions and finally I stopped asking. Though Answering comes naturally to me. An AI would have to remember their answer from question 2, and relate it to a place where one can get that item.What did you have for lunch today?Easy enough to have this question prepared for, but sets up the next question.What did you have for lunch yesterday?An AI program may have the “lunch” question programmed. But they probably have it answered once. Sometimes repeating this question for different days results in the same answer from an AI.What’s the color of your favorite vegetable?The AI has to remember a response from 5 questions ago and determine the color. Many times the AI will see “color” and “favorite”, and simply throw out “their” favorite color. So for instance, their favorite vegetable might be “carrot,” but their favorite color is “blue.” For this question, they might respond “blue.”How do you prepare them?From context, almost any person would realize I’m talking about the vegetables from question 6.What High School did you go to?Who was your favorite teacher there?Once again using “there” to make the AI go through an additional step. When and why did you decide to join Quora?

I think it was over a year ago that I've technically joined Quora? Not sure. I never keep track of time anymore, only what month it is.At first, I rarely came on here to answer questions. Then it became everyday, but only when I had the time to do so. Now I'm trying to come on here less, since I'm barely getting upvotes; even just one. So why I should come here everyday then, when I'm struggling?I love answering questions, especially dealing with things I love or relate to. Even so, you have assholes out there who just has to say something.When I commented on an answer dealing with Black Butler, someone responded with:“Black Butler fan boy spotted.”First of all, I'm 100% female. Last time I checked between my legs, I didn't have two balls and an elongated organ between my legs. On top of that, I never heard of a male with the first name Angelique.From what I could tell, they were pretty salty that I backed up every single useless complaint in the answer.When it comes to answering questions dealing with anime, that's where the most people comment immature words under your answer. If you don't like what I write in my answers, then just ignore me. Unless, most of those people are 10 year olds.

Do employers decide not to hire someone based on their age?

That happened to me. When I finished my contract writing air traffic control software for Lockheed Martin, I applied to do the same job at Thales. I figured I was a shoe-in because ATC software requirements are mind-bogglingly strict, as they should be when you’re trying not to crash planes or fly them into each other.Thales turned me down on the basis that there were “too many jobs” on my résumé. I explained that I had been a contractor so of course there were a lot of jobs but they wouldn’t budge. I suspect the real reason was that I was too old.It was a big shock as I was told I got the LM job because I had a lot of experience. They wanted someone with more than twenty years experience so they didn’t kill people.

I do not think you should even consider it an issue if you want to understand the response. You deserve it. If they do not let you know of it, you have got every right to ask for it.But, remember:1. You cannot sound like you are impatient2. You cannot give the feeling of constant harrassment3. You cannot just go on bombarding them with questions / mails / letters4. You cannot sound that you are desperate for the job; nor can you sound you care two hoots about the jobBelieve me: if the company has decided to recruit you, they will not go back just because you asked them what was happening. (And, here is the surprise: if they decided not to recruit you, your mail may or may not make them change their mind!)An example format:Dear ….
