Parkour roll made me break my collar bone?

Let me try,

Roll is a technique used to redirect the energy we generate on landing when dropping from a height the energy is dispersed forwards and outwards rather than back up into your boddy.

3 meters is an solid drop (depending on landing surface) but with good timing impact could be reduced. the word that you used "fall" differs from drop to me sounds like "not controlled jump" so even a practitioner has a good technique injuries may occur.

As parkour is individual discipline as all people do the roll different - everyone will teach you "their way". Following not proven and really experienced athlete tutorials could lead to improper technique.
The best way is to find the solution that works for you. In general, the first thing to touch the ground after your feet and palms is the back of the shoulder and and the actual roll ends on the lower hip-bum muscles on the same side of the back.
Rolling trough your spine may injure it and its not recommended. If you happen to feel your hip bone while rolling try to stick out your bum while rolling and that will reduce the impact.
Start on carpet or grass land to land, once you feel nothing as a great pain or obstacle you can start doing small drop'n'rolls from no higher than a half a meter the point is to work on timing timing between the landing and executing the roll - longer you wait before the roll - the greater the impact is..
once confident start rolling on wood or concrete ground to ground till technique is improved and you feel nothing wrong with it.

Roll is a technique that could never be mastered, even experienced traceurs have to train roll often.

If you're able to train or not... people have been injured way worse than that and are back to training, give your recovery time start small and dont stress the shoulder a lot. See how your body feels.

i hope i've been helpful, peace

What is one thing about your life that you absolutely love?

My son is the thing I absolutely love period. Growing up I didn’t have the best childhood though my grandparents made up for it and the non-sense I did along the way. I have never in my life experienced and still till this day the love I have for my son and watching him do the things I didn’t think or could do. I incorporate the things I have learned and broken it down to a level that he understand and in return he constantly consistently blows my mind with how fast paced he learns things and ask questions on the things he doesn’t understand at the age of 4. My favorite word I taught him which he says very often is “practice” I didn’t give him the full definition because he wouldn’t comprehend it so I told him “practice” means whoa cool! So, when he “practices” things like riding a bike, skateboarding, beat boxing he shows people and they are blown away so he says you gotta practice which is seriously the cutest thing lol. He is always constantly pushing me to improve and push myself so that in return I can teach him the things I have learned in my past and what I am learning right now so our bond is much more stronger and valuable. I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I jumped off a building and now my legs hurt. What could be wrong?

My friends and I are always jumping off tall stuff for fun. There is this big jungle gym which is about 18-23 feet high. There is a twister and a slide and some other stuff. The ladder that you use to climb up where there is nothing in the way of your jump is the part we jump off if we don't stand and jump off the railing at the top, which is higher. When you jump off you are supposed to kind of roll over when you feel your feet tap the ground and you hardly feel anything. It is hard to explain unless you try it.

I jump off the jungle gym and while at home I have jumped off my roof a few times. My friend's uncle owns this corner store where there are steps that lead to the roof. We went up the roof and I got the idea to jump off because I wanted to try it after being used to the roof. The corner store was about 3 or 4 stories. I was the first to jump. I went over to the end and I was really scared to do it at first but I wanted to. It took me about 5 minutes to get the courage, but I finally jumped. When I was falling I started going down really fast and by the time I got to the end it was to late to roll. I ended up landing on my feet. I felt this great pain shoot from my ankles up to my knees. It only went up to my knees because I landed like I was sitting instead of standing.

Pain shot up through my legs. I sat there and my legs were throbbing with pain and it felt horrible. My friends started laughing because they realized I landed on my feet but then they called to me and I didn't answer so they came down. They tried to make me stand up and I sat there for about 5 minutes in pain before I could stand. Now my legs hurt really bad and whenever I step down it hurts really bad and I noticed a bruise on my shin. What could have happened? Could I have tore a muscle? Should I go to the hospital, I'm scared to tell my mom I did that.
