How do I choose a path I want to follow in life if I don't know what to follow or do?

To find your path you need to get on the road. You walk and see what comes before you on your journey and then adjust your directions accordingly. Sometimes you”ll get to a dead end , but don't lose motivation. Ever. Time learning about yourself is never time wasted. All experience is valuable. That's just a sign waking you up that this particular path wasn't for you , it narrows down the options. Sometimes you might have to make a detour. But remember, keep moving forward . The adventure is within the journey , not the destination. That is just the icing on the cake .The best thing for you to do is to start on the path of least resistance. Silence doubt. Listen to what calls you .

I don t know what career to choose?

I love animals...but the thought of vet school seems like I could burn out honestly. And if I did medical anything I feel like I would be living my life a lie. Because my gut says I m not a medical person. And I don t really like the idea of a job where I have to serve people or patients. But I also don t want a corporate job that could lay me off. I don t really like the idea of commission. I like law/forensics/psychology/criminology but I feel a career in that path, though is natural for me, would be so natural and easy I would get bored. I almost want a challenge. I like pretty things, beauty, interior design but I don t want to have build up a portfolio to get paid. What should I do? I need to make at least 45k to live a sustainable life where I live. Can someone please help me? Sometimes I feel like I was made to do an easy job like work in a salon but I m socially awkward so that probably wouldn t work either.

How do I choose the right job if I don’t know what I like?

My Friend, its more than simple you think. just ask your friends what you can do easily or check your work habit what you can do faster than others or for what people come to seek your help and they say you are good in that. That’s it. its your natural expertise so find a job suit to that.

How do I choose the right college when I don’t know the career I want? I’m not sure what career I want, I think I know what major I want to join, which is medicine/nursing, I just don’t know the career.

In my opinion you don’t need to know the career yet. Remember that you go to college to learn information that is specialized to your major (as well as a general education). So pick the colleges with the best reputation for your major that you have s reasonable chance of getting into and which you can afford. If you have many choices then read the Nursing major sections of each catalog for those colleges. Read the course descriptions. Note the focus of the upper division courses. You can get a good sense of the focus of each college’s nursing department this way. You Matt need to read these descriptions a few times until you get familiar with them.then you will see the areas each college emphasizes. Then, either chose the college whose emphasis appeals to you the most, or avoid the colleges whose emphases don’t agree with you, or puck the colleges that have multiple emphases that appeal to you. A large university with a well established department may have several emphases that you must choose between.
