Can you die if your drink the whole bottle of zzzquil?
Not likely, as it is just diphenhydramine which is fairly low in toxicity. However people that abuse it like that run into some problems over time. The "hallucinations" it produces are from a sort of sleep walking where the person can't tell what is real from what they may imagine. I'm glad I'm too old now to find that appealing. (There was a time I might have.)
Drank too much zzzquil?
ok I've been suffering from depression and I wasn't feeling good so I tried to end my life. I drank about 117 ml of zzzquil (this was yesterday) and today I didn't wake up when my alarm went off (I woke up around noon) and I found it EXTREMELY difficult to get up. the whole day I've had a pounding headache, EXTREME fatigue, and I've been feeling like vomiting. I haven't told anyone I did this and I don't know what to do.

Well for one I hope you or anyone you know are thinking about doing that.Because depending on your size and weight you could kill yourself, or a coma.And if you never died or went into a coma you would be unable to function like at all, and most likely would just be a almost dead zombie not able to move passed out for a day in a half or three.But why would anyone want to get a escape from life by hammering down a bottle of pretty much sleeping pills?? Like that’s not a release or relaxing thing to do to have a winding down escape from life. Lol like for real no point to ever doing that if that’s the reason lolAnd many other safe ways to get away from life and relax and forget about what ever it is one would want to drink a bottle of liquid sleeping pills lol just please don’t one could die very easily doing that ok.And if u just wanted to see what it feels like to be high on a massive amount of sleeping pills then just buy some sleep eze at the drugstore and take two or three lol and there u go no death and u get to feel what it’s like to smash a bottle of NyQuil down lol and not die.

That depends on a lot of ddifferent factors such as age, size, weight, sex and frequency of medication taken and for what purpose relief or recreation. they have recently taken out the ingredient that was addictive and making you high so the effect will be less then they were say about two years ago. Not to say you won't get a buzz but lets say you are a 14 year olf girl who is 5 feet tall weights 95 pounds and never takes meds drinking a whole bottle could kill you or hospitalize you. if you are hospitalized I believe you could be find for recreational drug use. However on the other hand of the scale lets say you are a 25 year old 6 foot 6 guy who weightregularlyund and is reguarlNyQuilg meds lke nyquill. you might not notice to much of and effect. personally i would not recommend this because there are other factors. like lets say situation b was true for but you had never consumed an entire bottle before and with the small does you were find but it turned out that wdoeshe larger doese you are allergic to an ingredient this could agahospitalizeou or hosptilzmay notand they maynot be able to help you until the nyquil wears off upwardsmight be upwords of 24 hours with a does that large. i don't know if you are planning this or are just curious but my suggestion for recreational use would be to tripple the dose to start and wait a half hour see how you feel and then if thats not enough take a dose or two more. it allows for a much more controled high. which could mean the difference between smoking weed for an afternoon or having a bad acid trip.
