I Dream Last Night About Dancing Owl What This Means

What does seeing two owls in a dream mean?

This morning I had a dream about driving in the car with my grandma; we stopped at a stop sign, and there perched on the sign, were two owls, one white, the other white and grey. They made no noise, just stared... I asked my grandma what they had symbolized and all she said was "their angles of..." there was a long pause before I woke up. I've always believed in Superstition but I have no idea what this means.... Yes I worry for my grandma, simply cos I believe a white owl means death, but what of the other white and grey owl? What is that to symbolize?

What does it mean if you have a dream about an owl attacking your face?

To see an owl in your dream, symbolizes wisdom, insight, magic, expanded awareness and virtue. You are highly connected to your intuitive senses and psychic power. The owl is also synonymous with death, darkness and the unconscious. The appearance of an owl may be telling you to let go of the past or certain negative behaviors.

To hear the hoot of an owl in your dream, denotes disappointments and death. Your unconscious mind may be trying to get your attention.

To see a dead owl in your dream, signifies some illness or death. Death in this sense may be a symbolic death, as in an important transition in life or the end of a negative habit.

To dream that an owl is trying to peck your eyes out, means lacking insight. There is an issue that you are trying desperately to avoid.

I had a wierd dream last night.. can you explain what it means?

Okay- off the cuff here-

You are dancing in the dark- you don't now where you are in your life- you are seeking something you don't know what-

YOU ARE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT
(Don't get mad at me short guys- this is dream interpretation) and what you really want, should be doing, need to be doing is reaching for your ideal.

The green and blue represent nature- the green lush productive side of nature- and the blue is water of life and fidelity- take your pick- or both:
Fidelity to yourself- to your own heart- to your ideals- not marital or sexual fidelity.

Let your love of life and what you desire to do flow upward through your entire being. Reach for the best you can reach for- DO NOT FORGET YOUR IDEALS AND DREAMS- and stay in touch with your natural child/self.

You need to decide ahead of time that the next time you dream about him that you will seek him- remember ahead of time before you go to sleep- and head out with him- see where he takes you.

He sounds like a personification of the Green Man- not someone I would speak to in real life myself, but in a dream I would- I had a similar dream but mine was a repeating nightmare with a big huge idol that scared the snot out of me until I got big too and made friends with him and learned a lot about myself.

Interesting dream.

Keep having it until you figure out what you're supposed to be learning.

Bless up.

Several nights I dreamed of an owl landing on my head, so what does it mean?

Hi. Owls can bring you wisdom, insight about your hidden feelings and experiences, even reveal some personal mysteries of life and death. To some, they are the guardians of the underworlds, (spirit realm)messengers of secrets, protectors of the dead. They can mean wisdom, solitude, be the spiritual symbol for the psychic gift of clairvoyance, which means clear seeing. They can in symbolism, perceive the true reality, experience beyond all illusion all deceit. It can be during dreams simply the brain using owl to symbolize what youre going through in life, or symbolize what youve gone through. An owl landing on your head might mean youre getting wisdom or insight about something. Answers coming to you. Your spirit animal guide could be the owl. The wisdom and insight might come in dreams or even through whatever spiritual (psychic) gifts you have.

3 owls dream, what's it mean?

Ok so I kinda had an intense dream that had a lot of crap in it but in the dream what made the least sense to me was that there where 3 owls shooing me back into a hotel because I had to tell something to someone but was to afraid to. Why owls? I think they where black owls, if it matters.
It seems that other people have had 3 owl dreams and I was just wondering your opinion, even if you don't know anything about dream interpretation or you just wanna write a funny quip or something.
Thanx.

I’m an attorney. I dreamt last night that I was naked in court, and no one noticed. Should I try this in real life?

Dreaming of appearing nude in a public place is a common anxiety dream.Freud pointed out that this even showed up in the Odyssey when the hero lost his ship in a storm then washed up nude on a beach where a princess and the women from the king’s palace were doing laundry.Jung might have said that this dream just bubbles up from the collective unconscious. The use of this term has changed over the years and is best explained here:Collective unconscious - WikipediaIt will also be useful to look at the discussion on this page of Jungian archetypes.Jungian archetypes - Wikipedia

What is the meaning of "so much for dancing" in this little scenario: "Marie was dancing last night and she twisted her ankle. Well, so much for dancing?

When the phrase ‘so much’ is used, it usually means something along the lines of ‘oh well, that was a completely useless/stupid thing to do’. Here is an example that I have written myself:It had already been five minutes down the road when Richard began to wonder whether he had remembered to turn off the tap in the bathroom. Feeling that he probably ought to check just so he was safe, he turned back to his home and ran inside to see if it the tap had been turned off. Then he remembered that it had been broken for weeks and it could not be turned on in the first place. So much for turning back.So we can see that it was completely useless for Richard to have turned back, and ‘so much’ here means ‘well, turning back was a stupid decision’.Marie must have decided to dance due to happiness, I assume, and in doing so she twisted her ankle. ‘So much’ here means ‘well, dancing was a stupid decision’.Does that make sense now?

I dreamed an owl came in through my window, what does it mean?

This animal alone eludes, frightens, confuses, amazes and enlightens more dreamers that seek my help than any other (save maybe Coyote or Lion). I've had countless Owl dreams myself and sometimes it's hard to truly grasp what Owl is trying to say. Is S/He chasing you down, staring into your eyes, sitting on your arm, biting your fingers, watching you from a fence with many others...swooping down to dig in the talons....? I've once had an owl shake her head at me from my window...no to what? Did that dream ever bring forth some creative energy! These dreams, when owl comes to you, ask yourself what wisdom you are denying or seeking...what inner wisdom or maybe it's intuition coming forth to give you a message...why? Owls can see in the dark, they see what we cannot. They move silently and are stealth hunters; in other words they see and hear what we are afraid to face yet they bring wisdom that will move us forward into the light, into a new change. Owl medicine is fierce, fast, no-holds-barred. Owl medicine tells it straight, no mincing of words. Owls eat their prey whole and then spit out what is not needed, compacted and perfect like a tiny mandala. The metaphor here: they are not afraid to take in what is needed in order to gain knowledge/energy and understand what their body needs. And they are able to regurgitate it back or the crap that is false, not important, the waste which everyone needs to rid of. Owls are wise and can teach us lessons but we must listen and dig deep to understand what is in the dark which we do not want to see/hear/face.
