I Feel Fat And Have Trouble Losing Weight

How do i lose more weight i feel fat and i only weight like 80lbs but still feel fat iam cutting my calorie?

How strange; in some of your other questions you say you are desperate to gain weight and have tried everything and want a feeding tube yet now you say you're losing weight intentionally. Which is it? Either you are making this up (which is not something to joke about) or you need to see a doctor who will refer you to an eating disorder specialist. I hope you get this sorted, it's not a good way to live.

I'm losing weight. Why do I feel like I'm gaining weight?

There is just not enough information in the question to begin to try to answer it. Like, by feel, do you mean you “feel” fatter emotionally? Do you feel fatter when you touch your body? Do you look fatter? Do other people say you’ve gained weight? Are you stretching your clothes? Are you feeling bigger in certain places? All places? How much weight have you lost? Did you just start this journey? What are you doing to lose weight?Basically, without that information it’s hard to say much of anything but here’s the most basic of answers. You are losing weight but you’re doing a lot of resistance training and your body is firming up as you take off fat and put on some muscle. If this is the case, your weight loss will feel very slow. You are losing fat but holding onto water and there is bloat. You’re doing all cardio or exercising with bad form and your posture is suffering. You’re taking supplements or eating “diet’ foods that are causing damage to your body and your organs are swelling or causing muscles around them to relax and hang.Or you have a lot of emotional issues wrapped up in your weight and you’re not seeing things as they are. In this case, you should probably go talk to someone. If you can give more information I can try to answer a little better. Feel free to follow me.

Losing weight but I still look and feel fat?

Okay so I'm fourteen and I gained a lot of weight during December because it was my best friends birthday, Christmas and New Years so I kept helping my mom out with making treats. I ate a lot during December and I skipped working out. Before eating so much in December I used to work out every day for half an hour or an hour. I just walk on the treadmill. When January came I got a lot fatter. I wanted to get rid of it so I went back to walking on the treadmill. Now I work out every single day now because I don't want to get fatter again. The thing I am so confused about is I checked how much I weigh and it says I currently weigh 121. I used to weigh 126 before all this happened. Before I even got fatter. During the time when I was fatter, I weighed 130. Now I'm currently 121 though. But like I was gonna say I am confused because according to my scale it says I weigh less than before but I think I still look and feel fat. My belly looks bigger and I barely even eat because I want to go back to my normal weight. I wasn't skinny before but I was regular. Fat nor skinny. In the mornings before school I always eat a Special K protein bar & a water bottle. Sometimes during lunch at school I'll eat the same thing I have in the mornings. Or sometimes I eat the food at my school but I always walk right when I get home from school. Before I used to pig out and even if I worked out I still stayed my regular size! Well now I'm less than 126; my normal weight. But I still feel fat. I'm so confused! Anyone think they could help me out and give me some advice on what I should do & what's going on with me? Thanks

I have lost weight but I feel fat?

I am an 18 year old female. About a year ago, I used to weigh about 153 lbs. My height is 5'6. I know that I wasn't obese or anything but I really wanted to lose weight because I wanted to be healthier and fitter. I was very insecure because I couldn't wear shorts without my jiggly thighs or a tight t-shirt without having a muffin top. I have been in a committed relationship for about 3 years and I used to feel very insecure when I was naked in front of my bf. So, I decided to go on a diet and also exercised about 2-3 times a week.

Now, a year later, I am 120 lbs. I tend to lose weight faster around my rib cage and upper body. My thighs and lower abdomen still look fat to me. I can see my rib cage when I am standing but my lower body has more fat. I tried weight training and gave up after 3 months. With college and my studies, it is really difficult to put my time and energy aside for working out.

Lately I've been feeling like I'm really fat. I have decreased my calorie intake to less than 1000 calories a day. I eat a 6 inch subway (400 calories), drink tea and eat a few biscuits and drink about 3 L of water a day. That's about it for the whole day. It has gotten to a point where I feel guilty if I eat something else. If I do eat a larger meal, I have to lie in bed for like 30 mins because I feel nauseous. I really feel so bad because whenever I look in the mirror, I see a fat person. Please tell me how to deal with this. What is wrong with me? All I see when I look at myself is a fat person and I feel like I should decrease my food intake further. What should I do?

Do fat burners really help in losing weight?

It depends on the fat burner. All of the truly effective fat burners have been banned in countries that care about consumers because they tend to kill people that abuse them (which tends to be a high percentage of the people that use them in the first place).Stimulants like Phenphen, ephedrine, and other amphetamines are very effective at burning fat. They also tend to kill people through heat stroke and cardiac arrest as well as act as strong appetite suppressants keeping you from eating for prolonged periods of time.Caffeine is a low grade legal stimulant that has minor appetite suppressant capabilities as well as a slight metabolic boost for a short amount of time (5% for 45 minutes). Your body also grows to tolerate it's effects.Hormones can increase fat burning capability, particularly growth hormones and testosterone...steroids, basically. Finally, some pesticides have been used to burn fat in the past, DNP in particular. DNP interrupts your body's ability to recycle ATP. The result is you heat up and burn 50% more energy by default. You'll lose weight fast, have 0 energy, feel like you're going to explode. If you take it for more than 8 days, you'll be at high risk of dying. The only weight loss pill that's clinically proven and FDA approved is Alli. Alli works by preventing fat absorption in your intestines. The biggest side effect of this is if you have a fatty meal on alli you'll experience some incontinence with loose, greasy stool.  I did say it's clinically proven to work...The results are still pretty bleak, participants lost about a pound more than the control group while on a calorie restricted diet and exercise program.Another weight loss pill under approval is Leptin supplements. Leptin is a hormone secreted by adipose stores to tell your body that you're food satisfied.Long story short, yes, some fat burners are very successful, but at a very high risk of fatality and injury which is why they're banned in most countries. The weight-loss pills and fat burners you can buy over the counter now are more ore less completely ineffective by themselves. They might motivate you to workout or help you eat less at a single meal, but they won't have much of an effect. At most, they have the same effect as a cup of coffee, which, if home brewed would be much cheaper than the latest fancy legal fake fat burning technology.

I'm losing weight but it doesn't show?!?!?!?

Hi I'm an 18 year old male and I finally have started to take control of my weight issues. I wasn't to heavy when I started eating right and exercising, only 230 lbs, but I was self conscious about it.

I am now about almost 7 weeks into this, I excersice every day, and I'm dieting well. The scale now says 205 hooray! But the only problem is, physically you cannot tell that I have lost weight. Am I doing something wrong?

My excerise consists of 50-100 pushups, 150-200 situps, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, and about 8-10 minutes running on the treadmill. I do this everyday as well as eating healthy.

Any tips????

Will not eating make me lose weight ?

you will lose weight at first. then you will bloat and your body will eat your muscle mass. not to speak of the malnutrition. head aches. fatigue. mood swings. eventually if you allow it to get bad enough you will have trouble controlling your bowels because you have no muscle! Don't do it. just eat RIGHT and exercise and you will be the beautiful shape you desire. not eating is the easy way out. you need to work to be healthy and fit =D hope I helped. Good Luck!

Oh also, try to eat a small meal every 2 hours (sandwich and orange size with WATER! no more soda and try to cut out most juices). helps your metabolism!

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...
Thanks!

I feel fat, no diet seems to work. How do I lose weight?

I have been on a diet [no fast food, no candy, limited carbs, eating less in general] plus 25-30min of cardio a day, for 6wks now and I have lost maybe 2lbs at the most.

Is that normal? I feel like I should have lost more, I still look just as big as I did when I started, plus I really need to lose weight from my hips/thighs!

Please help, I have 17days until the end of my diet [I have something to attend where I need to look good] and I need to lose much more. What else can I do? What else works? Does fasting actually work, if it's just for a couple of weeks? I feel so stuck!!

Please help me =[
