I Feel Like I Eat Too Much

If I eat too many Oreo's I feel the need to vomit?

i have the same problem. after a while, the white cream inside gets me a bit sick. the taste gets too "full" and i feel like throwing it up because its so "rich and creamy". it leaves like this weird, lard-y aftertaste in your mouth after a while.

i like the cookies best. ahahha and i wish i could just buy those coookies without the white cream. but i do like the ones with the chocolate cream inside!! those i can never get sick of!

Chocolates are happy harmones inducers .They activate the endorphins and make you feel good and beat the blues.When you are in a stress,or in a depression state,you crave for something to boost your energy and personally my friend chocolates themselves are a mystery in a foodworld. This is important because every time you make a decision to resist the bad choice you deplete will power so that the next time (ten minutes later?) you’ll cave in and drink a coke instead of water… been there, done that. Once your will power stores are depleted it’s extremely difficult to resist the temptation.

Help!!! i ate too much and feel like i'm gonna throw up. what should i do?

ok i don't feel like i'm going to make myself throw up. i am not bulimec (ew) but i really feel sick! i had like 1,900 calories today, give or take 100. what should i do??

What is that feeling when you eat too much too quickly, and it feels like it grinds down your food tube and takes a while to relieve you of the pain?

Our bodies are meant to handle only so much food at once. When we eat too fast, we tend to gulp air, causing pain in the esophagus and the stomach through the esophageal sphincter. Yes, there is a sphincter there also.The pain you feel is from a combination of pushing too much food too fast through a small tube coupled with gulping air that is only meant to take so much.The key to health is slow eating, chewing food slowly and breathing through your nose while you chew. Talking during a meal slows the process of consuming down. Rushing through a meal is never good to do. Better to eat less and slow it down so that you don’t experience this pain again.

I ate too much food and I feel like Im gonna throw up and die!?

Me too... I dunno what I ate today and I'm feeling that I'm gonna explode. As I am typing this, let me recommend you some tips:

- drink water. 1 sip at a time. but over an hour, you should at least have drank a cup of water. don't drink fizzy drinks.

- don't sit on a chair. rather on something you can lie down a little like a sofa or a couch. a bed is ok with some pillows behind your back, but don't lie down fully.

- get up once in a while and walk slowly around.

- put the TV on or keep yourself busy with the internet or read a book... this will last for a few hours...


yeah, and remember, food is great, as long as they don't run away, you can still eat them. Save some portions for later... eat less but more often :)

I dont want my eating dissorder to control me again, as ive faught it off, and controlled my own healthy weight for just over two months now.
I just feel like im eating too much and gaining weight, but when i weigh in the digits on the scales go down.
Also, i believe (and know) im really overweight. My friends tell me im not, but im not blind, and i do own mirrors.
