Best friend doesn't want me to be happy...?
She's not a good friend. I know it'll be hard, and I hate confrontations too, but get away from her! Ignore her, make new friends, do SOMETHING. She'll just end up ruining your life if you continue to let her.
Toxic friend?
I have this friend and we've been close for years. It took me a while but I think she might be a toxic friend. For example; - She's really negative - She's never interested in anything I say or do - Doesn't consider my feelings - Our conversations are either about her or the people she's gossiping about - She's never happy when I'm happy - She thinks she better than me at everything - She doesn't like my other friends and insists I only go out with her (but it's ok for her to go out with whoever she wants) - She doesn't respect my privacy or personal space I've talked to her about this (multiple times) but she hasn't changed. Is she a toxic friend?
