Quitting a job after 3 weeks?

Don't stay if you hate it. Life is too short to be miserable at a job. You say you don't like who you've become since you started. Imagine the you that you'll be after several years of being there. As soon as you've got another job lined up, put in your two weeks and leave. When they want to know why, just be honest and tell them that it isn't what you thought it would be.

I feel like quitting boxing?

I started boxing last August and I actually do enjoy the sport. But every time I go on the ring to spar with somebody I always get nervous.I'm scared to fight. My trainer is training me so that I'll be able to go to tournaments.Going to tournaments is my dream as well as winning them. But I just can't seem to get everything right. My trainer says I know how but I just need to learn how to punch harder, not to be afraid, and to protect my self.I want to become the best but it seems I'm just a failure.I always try to remember my parents words "If you want to become the best you have to earn it and work hard for it because nothing in life is free." But it just seems like I can't do things right..

Should I feel guilty about quitting my job?

I've been at my job almost 4 months. I don't hate it, but I don't love it. Recently my boss has been trying to "push me out of my comfort zone" (his words) which basically means having me do things that aren't part of my job description, like calling every employee (around 400) and basically doing surveys on them that they don't have time for. I'm going back to school full time in August and can't get the classes I need outside of my M-F 8-5 work schedule. School is a priority for me over a $10 an hour job, so I either have to quit or go to part time, if he'll even let me. I have to do 200 hours a semester of paid work relating to my major, so I have to get a new or second job anyway. The problem is, I feel guilty about quitting (or asking to go part time) because my boss talks about me like I'm going to be working there for 20 years and like I'm the best employee he's ever had. My major is something completely unrelated, so I don't plan to stay there and move up or anything. What should I do? I feel guilty, but should I? Is it wrong to quit a job after a few months?

I feel like giving up school?

I got accepted to the medical school and I was happy about it. But we took our first exams in all the classes and I basically failed all the first exams. We have been in school for 3 weeks but we already got done with first exams and I failed all of them.

I don't know if I can raise my grades because the exams are not similar to what the lecture covers. I am so confused. I am lost and my anxiety is kicking in.

Half of the students failed in the class but they are not losing their mind like I am. One girl even said I was crazy.

Should I just give up school and take up a full time job? leave the medical school even though it took me years to get in. I feel so discouraged because I studied hard for the exams and still failed. I don't have any friends in class. Everyone in the class became friends. Nobody talks to me

Do you ever feel guilty when you quit a job?

The main reason people quit jobs is to better their lot in life. Who could feel guilty about providing better for themselves and their family (if there is one), I know of people that have quit because of lack of job satisfaction, stress, etc. All of which are good reasons.
The main thing is this: You have one life to live, and it wasn't meant to be spent in poverty or misery. You have to do for yourself, before you can do for others. A lesson our government should learn before taking care of other countries problems before fixing our own.
Don't feel guilty. Take care of yourself. In todays job market, the companies don't care about you, only the profit margin.
