I Feel So Bloated And I Don

Why do I feel bloated every morning but don't feel like going to the bathroom?

There could be several explanations as to why you are waking up feeling and looking bloated in the mornings, with one of the biggest reasons being dehydration. Water retention is commonly linked to inflammation, which is caused by fluid buildup in your circulatory system, cavities, and/or body tissues. Failing to drink enough water throughout your day, regardless of your activity level, leads to water retention.Another explanation to being distended in the morning could be what you consumed the night before. Did you overeat? Did you have a heavy meal? Dietitian and nutritionist, Beth Warren says that, when you have a big meal before bed, “The body has trouble digesting the foods, which can keep you feeling full and bloated the next morning.” This is especially true in the case of high-salt meals, which make you particularly prone to water retention. Then there’s the issue of alcohol and caffeine, the former of which Warren also notes that can contribute to water retention, which in turn leads to bloating in the morning. Both drinks are diuretics, which means that if you find yourself having a glass of wine, or maybe a caffeinated beverage in the evening, your kidneys will work to produce more urine, in turn leaving you more dehydrated once you crawl into your bed at nighttime.Theriseandshine.com

Why am I so bloated?!?

I don't know what's going on, I've always gotten bloated from milk products and certain foods and I eventually gave up all dairy because I assumed it was an intolerance to Lactose. That helped for a while. Sooo other than that, I really have not changed my diet at all and for the last week I have felt strangely bloated in the lower part of my abdomen and even my sides. I haven't missed a period (yet) so I want to rule out pregnancy, but I still wonder. We are cautious but I am not on hormonal birth control.
Anyway this bloating is very uncomfortable, I feel like I have to pee every half hour and I literally look 4-5 months pregnant. I feel just as bloated from the minute i wake up from the minute I go to bed. Usually I feel bloated pre-period but its usually everywhere (my face, arms and legs feel puffy too). I actually feel very skinny everywhere else but my stomach feels huge.
Anyone have any advice on what to do to comfort my condition or have any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thank you!!

Why do I always feel bloated?

Dear Dexter. You probably eat most that are common cause of bloating. Eating rich and fatty foods can make you uncomfortably. Fat foods take longer time to digest. So avoid fatty foods. If you frequently experience cause of bloating.

Avoid these habits.
Drinking through a straw

Chewing gum

Guzzling carbonated beverages

Sucking on hard candy.

Smoking.

I suggest to eat the following below.

Fruits such as apples, peaches and pears

Baked beans

Broccoli

Hope it will helpful to you.

Good Luck.

Should I feel this bloated and gross?

I feel the exact same way you do right now. It doesn't matter what I eat, I feel bloated and ikky. It's the pregnancy hormones that are making us feel so bad, and there's nothing to do about it except treat the symptoms (with diet or medication) and bide your time. The nausea will probably taper off in the 2nd trimester, and the bloating and gas will get a little better, but probably still linger throughout the pregnancy.

Every pregnancy is different, too. Your body might be handling this one differently than last time.

Hang in there!

Is it normal to be bloated when you have to pee?

Ok I know most random question out there lol. But I've always wondered this. I'm a girl, and whenever I really have to pee I get sooo bloated, like sometimes I could pass as early in pregnancy. I always thought it was normal, but it doesn't happen to my boyfriend, so then I thought, well maybe it's a girl thing. But everyone I've asked thinks I'm nuts. Like it goes away when I pee... it's just my bladder gets full so my stomach expands? I don't know. Really weird.

Why am I always bloated?

I always feel bloated! I'm so tired of it! Today I was feeling bloated after I ate some grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and yams; could that have been what made me bloated? I don't know. Sometimes my body is able to "pass it" and sometimes it can't, it's worse when I can't "pass it". It's very uncomfortable and it takes a toll on my self-esteem when I look like I'm pregnant or have a beer belly. I tried eliminating processed foods and salt from my diet, but I still feel bloated. Does anyone know where I can get more information on this? I saw a doctor about it and she said to eliminate dairy from my diet, I have and I'm still bloated! I don't know what else to do. I'm trying to find a list of high sodium foods to avoid, but I can't find any. Or maybe it's something else, I don't know. I used to take those gas-x pills and that didn't work at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?
