I Feel So Stressed Due To My Study . Tell Me Some Tips

Really stressed about university work/life... Any tips?

I'm in my final year at university. I really liked my degree, but after a bad year last year I've had some problems with depression and anxiety. I found the autumn term really hard to get through, and made myself quite ill worrying, not being able to sleep. Even if I try and relax I just feel really tense and anxious.
Just about to go back for my final term, I know it's going to be so much coursework and deadlines and I'm already starting to freak out. If anyone's got any tips on how they manage with lots of studying? Staying calm I would really appreciate it.

The first and most important step is to seek help, which you are doing right now. Congrats on making a step towards the right direction.

I too struggled with school, and I was so confused as to how I could turn it all around. Luckily, I figured it all out and so can you. Academic success contains different factors that all must work together. One must create a studying routine (be disciplined), do all homework (which you are doing), study in advance for tests, and do all extra credit assignments. In addition, for those troublesome classes, seek help from ones teacher, look into a tutor, and/or attend a study group with classmates. There are so many different ways in which one can succeed in school, it's just a matter of trying different techniques in order to uncover a routine that's conducive to your needs.

I also want to note - you are not dumb! Do not listen to ignorant and rude people. Life will always contain obstacles; it's a part of life. Each and every person goes through challenges, and yes, even those people who appear to have it all together. Right now your challenge has to do with your academics. Fortunately for you, through effort, determination, and believing in yourself, you can conquer high school AND college.

Please always remember this: Obstacles teach us strength, perseverance, and they expedite skill-set in areas that we are weak in. In essence, obstacles are a good thing, and the sooner we conquer obstacles, the sooner we reap all of its positive benefits.

All that truly matters in life is if you are a kind person. If you come across individuals who are judgmental and are rude to you, just be thankful that you are not like that. Help! College is stressing me out.?

I have trouble concentrating and studying and my grades a dropping...i'm studing but it doesn't seem to help me in the end.

im going through finals too and yes INCREDIBLY stressful. but try to relax because putting too much stress on yourself can harm your scores. so basically if you have payed attention in class and all that you should be prepared... if you have good grades then there shouldn't be much to study.. its just a test on everything you have ALREADY learned :) if you have already learned them then you should just be reviewing to help refresh your brain :) but if you dont know the info u can try your best to learn it but its awfully hard to learn that much in a period of days.. i like to dress comfy.. eat good breakfast.. get goodnight sleep.. do some last min study in the morning.. try to analyze what u think the most important things were that you learned or things that your teachers overly emphasized a lot good luck! wish me luck too
