I Feel Sooooo Weak What Could It Be

Why do I feel so weak and tired?

You seem to have a fatigue problem. Perhaps the energy vitamin B12 can help or a vitamin B complex. Coenzyme Q10 can also help to boost your energy level as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c... The super food Spirulina is another good energy booster.

One of the most common fatigue causes is anxiety, which is known to effect 40 million U.S. adults each year. Anxiety is a state of fear of real or imagined danger, which is manifested as increased heart rate, trembling, panic, weakness, extreme fatigue and stomach or intestinal discomfort. Anxiety disorders make up the largest mental illness diagnosis in the U.S.

Besides anxiety there are many other common fatigue causes such as insufficient sleep, too much sleep, under eating, thyroid problems or other illnesses (such as anemia, mononucleosis, CFS, glandular fever and many others), side effects from medication, dehydration, overexertion, an unhealthy diet and other causes as discussed in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c...

Why can't I breathe and why do I feel so weak?

I am not a doctor. I am just sharing my experience which is similar to what you have described. One day, my lower lip got wounded a little on the inside and it didn't heal for one month. Eating and talking was difficult as my upper row of teeth would damage the wound further. So, I went to the doctor and after examination he said that we have to operate and take it out (so much for a small wound, I thought). He wrote some routine tests that are to be performed before a operation and I took them. When the result came, the doctor saw it and as far as I could see, I could say that, inwardly he should have cursed himself for not having thought about it and also at having suggested an operation to me.My haemoglobin level was low. Hence the wound refused to heal. He also described some of the other symptoms of haemoglobin defiecieny and it was my turn to curse myself for not having seen a doctor earlier. I have listed them below.I had breathing problems, as in I would start panting as soon as I start on a flight of stairs which I thought was due to my weight gain.I became tired very easily and felt weak all the time, which I attributed to the stressful period of the life I was going through.I was losing lot of hair, which I guessed had something to do with my poor diet. The doctor prescribed iron tonic and some vitamin tablets and the wound disappeared along with the other symptoms. I really wouldn't have given ‘haemoglobin defiecieny', a thought.I still marvel at the fact and will run to suggest it the moment some one mentions difficulty in breathing or hair loss or tiredness all the time, like I was about to do for your question. Then I thought it could be anything. I just shared what was my cause and suggest you to visit a doctor to make sure.

How can I be strong when I feel so weak?

If you’re not big enough to lose, then you’re not big enough to win.You say you ‘failed’ after attempting a pushup and situp today. The today was only one day. You have to work to achieve, and for something like a pushup or situp, that requires more than a day.So what you need is motivation. You need to find your motivation to work harder. My motivation tends to be listening to dramatic music that makes me feel like I can take on the world :) But it’s different for everybody. But if you are absolutely determined to achieve your goal, then a single day won’t stop you. A week won’t stop you. A month won’t stop you. And the next thing you know it’ll be a daily routine.Do it every morning just before you wake up, or every time you need to take a break from your work. Besides, doing exercise increases brain activity which will make you more focused to do other work too.So what you need to do is find your motivation, and make it a routine. And that’s it!So you say you ‘failed’ because you couldn’t do a pushup or a situp today? You can only fail if you give up, not because you can’t do it.It’s not too late.Picture in your mind of what you want. And go for it.

Sleeping more than a reasonable limit also is taxing for our body system. It brings in its wake weakness and lethargy - contrary to synergy and energy which sleep should give. Thus, it should be kept in kind:No ill-will or ill-feeling before going to bed. Resolve your differences before sleep or otherwise it will put you in problems. No over-sleep. It brings about lethargy and boredom in its wake.Less sleep too brings about its adverse implications. If you are not able to sleep, just close your eyes and suggest to yourself that you are resting. It will also bestow you peace and tranquility.Induces sleep is taxing to our body constitution. When we induce sleep by the intake of sleeping pills, we shall be getting up weaker - it should never be forgotten induced sleep is bad for our system.

Why do i feel so weak after ive been working out?

its because you used your muscles so much they are really tired. they get weaker as you work out so much so you need to rest them so they can repair.

its like when you work out you hurt your muscles and when you rest they repair stronger than before.

also you should probably change your work out routine because if you work out too much you can just end up hurting yourself to the extent where you cant work out for a while and then ur muscles are gone. id say work out every other day or so. or work on a different part of your body each day of the week
