I Got A Kind Of Pain Of My Middle Finger Left And Pain On My Left Leg

Strange, sharp, pain in my left hand middle finger?

That sharp stabbing pain sounds like nerve entrapment. Does the tip of that finger ever go numb?

I don't remember what my orthopedist said about which nerves cause what kinds of pain, but I believe the first couple of fingers (index and middle) are from carpal tunnel syndrome; the ring and pinky are from ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow (which is not your situation). Or it could even be median nerve involvement.

Suggest you let off repetitive stress activities and see how you fare. If it doesn't improve, pls see an orthpedist - a hand specialist.

Back pain in my middle-left side.?

it just started up a few days ago, at first i thought maybe i slept wrong or that maybe i needed to pop my back, but it wont pop and its still killing me after 3 days. if im just in a still position its fine, but if i stand, walk, or shift my body in any which way, it is a sharp pain.
its in the middle part of my back, to the left of my spine. i had my boyfriend rub on it for a a little the other night and it was a nice/painful feeling. i was hoping it would get better after a few days stretching it but it seems to still be here the same.
i drink plenty of water and i am very active, and i have never suffered from any other types of back pain ever in my life. this is really the first one.
does anyone know what it might be?
it doesnt hurt when i breathe,
it espicially hurts if im in a lay down position and shift my lower half or try to get up?

if anyone has any ideas or is experiencing the same thing as me please let me know. i would like to avoid going to the doctor unless yahooanswers cant help me. or unless it continues to get worse. thank you and 10pts awarded to best answer.

Left middle finger vein pain?

that could be a large number of blood distribution problems the most common being a partially blocked blood distribution point, making it sensitive to changes in pressure, if it is a partial blockage it could be almost anything. but considering it has been happening for a few months i would say most likely a blood clot and if the finger also feels slightly numb then it may have been a minor stroke.

if you do not have any problems with your blood not clotting when you bleed i would suggest that you try to take in some cayenne (in the event of it being a blood clot it will help pass the clot and help prevent new ones from forming), until you can see a physician about this.

as a side note cayenne is very strong until you get used to it so use it very minimalistic-ally (tastes great with meat).

Why am I feeling pain in my left ring finger?

Do you have pain only in left ring finger. Is it a stabbing pain..or dull pain or continued pain? Do you have pain in holding things. Generally ring finger pain is due to CTS ..or nerve entrapment by swelling of tendons. The ulnar nerve entrapment or inflammation cause pain in ring finger or the little finger..because ulnar nerve controls the movements of ring finger and little finger.

I have numbness in my pinky, ring, and middle fingers, random pains along my arm, and a weak grip. Why?

This all started two weeks ago. I woke up in the morning with the worst back pain ever, right behind my shoulder blade. It lasted all day. That night, as I was trying to work out the muscles against a corner of the wall, my pinky and ring fingers suddenly went tingly, then numb. By the next day my middle finger was numb and I had very little grip strength between my thumb and index finger. I was also getting random spasms in my back and tricep (those are gone now). The numbness is always there, though sometimes there is less of it. The pain comes and goes seemingly at random. Sometimes the pain is *very* intense (enough to put me on the floor). My symptoms match cubital tunnel, except for the pain at different points along my arm and the fact that my middle finger is numb, too.

Does pain in left hand ring finger mean something?

Aside from the other answers, are you experiencing any numbness or tenderness in your forearm muscles/tendons connected to ring finger? A chronic nerve impingement in your neck (ruptured or degenerative disk, etc) can manifest its effect as pain, numbness, or weakness that translates down from your neck, through your shoulder and rotator cuff and down your arm to your fingers. Of the various symptoms that I mentioned, weakness is probably the most serious and likely merits a trip to the doc. Hopefully, it’s just an acute condition/local injury of some sort.

Sharp, stabbing pain in the middle of my right hand?

I woke up this morning with a sharp, stabbing pain in my right hand, kind of in the middle of my palm, but between my thumb and pointer finger. I don't know what caused it, unless I slept on my arm/hand and it messed up a muscle, but I don't know why that's the cause since I sleep like that every night. I googled around, and I thought it may be carpal tunnel, but this is the first time it's happened, so I don't think it would be carpal tunnel. Plus, I don't write a lot; the most I do is type, but even with that, I don't type entirely too much, same with texting. It stopped once I got up and took a shower, but now it's come back. It's very intense pain whenever I move my right hand in any direction or apply pressure to that area. The pain is secluded to my right hand, and there isn't any pain in my other hand or arms or legs. I think this happened before a very long time ago, but it hasn't happened since, and that went away within a day, I think. I've taken a couple Ibuprofen to see if it will get rid of the aching, but is there anything you'd recommend I do? Should I just wait it out or what? Please and thanks.

Why is my middle finger randomly vibrating?

Pressure on a nerve is causing that to happen. The most common place for the pressure to happen is in your wrist when the wrist muscles tighten up. When tight the wrist muscles can press into the nerves going to your hand to cause anything from the vibrating to actual pain. To get rid of the problem you have to free up your wrist muscles to get the pressure off the nerves and here's how to free them up:
Wrist:
With hand resting in front of you with the palm up, bend your wrist as far as you can.. Then press into the area behind the wrist, where they take your pulse, and hold a good amount of pressure on it. After 30 seconds slowly lower your wrist as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

There is a burning feeling in the three fingers of my left hand - what can it be?

If this burning was of sudden onset, with no prior history of changes in sensation in your fingers, and if it clearly was subsequent to your handling of the pepper, then it is likely related to the Capsaicin in the pepper. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), while causing sensory changes in the fingers, is not typically described as "burning", though it could be. More typically it is described as "tingling" or "numbness" or "sleepiness". Carpal tunnel syndrome may be associated with B6 (Pyridoxine) deficiency, though that is debated. There is even less compelling evidence for association with B12 deficiency. I mention carpal tunnel because it is so common, though there are of course other causses of sensory changes in the hands as well. If you haven't already, wash your hands with detergent soap (or vegetable oil ) and the burning should dissipate if it was associated with the pepper. If it persists I would consult a physician. Good luck.
