My car might be totaled, but I have full coverage insurance...?

It was a self inflicted accident (No other cars or persons involved) when I got into a car accident (hit something and drove into a ditch). At first the dealership said that entire exhaust system needed to be replaced and that was it but then they called and said they might consider it totaled. Now I do have full coverage insurance, but it's in my parents name and they "own" the car (the car is in their names, not mine). If it does get totaled, will the insurance company reimburse our money? My father said they may not. If they don't, then why? If they don't total the car, will they pay for the repairs? Again, if they don't then why?

Should I study abroad or take a vacation later?

I'm a Third Year Undergraduate Architecture student.
I just got accepted to my department's Vicenza Architecture study abroad program. If I go through with this, I will go to Italy for about 3 or 4 months.

The thing is, by next Thursday, I have to pay a $500 nonrefundable fee and later I'll get a $10,000 charge on my student account to cover the program fee.

Both my parents are retired on disability and we currently don't have a lot of money because my mom retired about a year ago and the money that she's supposed to receive from the government isn't coming until they've reviewed her case and the papers have only just reached Washington D.C..

I know that money is scarce right now: my mom wants me to go and experience Italy, but she wonders if it's worth all the extra money, and my dad keeps joking about how I shouldn't go anywhere and just stay and help out at home. I know that my parents will do whatever possible to get me to study abroad, but that's just what bothers me so much.

Should I study abroad right now, reapply if I can and my finances are relatively stable later, or should I just go on a vacation to Europe when I'm older?

I know the benefits that studying abroad can do for a person (future employers, for example), but I don't know anymore.

Please check my work! No one else will!?

I've reviewed the first 20 answers. Take a look again at 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 20, which may have incorrect answers.

Update: While I haven't looked through the entire test, I can suggest that you also pay attention to 21, 25, 26, and 33.

I looked over some of your answers for the second half, and the ones I saw looked correct.
