I got fired from Dunkin Donuts , what are my rights ?
i got fired from my job ( Dunkin Donuts ) they didn't tell me until i call the store and ask when to come and continue working , my manager is not a fair person , 2 weeks ago he told me that i must take more hours and i told him that i can't do that for now because i have another job , so he gave me a paper and ask me to write that i can work only my hours and im not able to work for more hours , so i did and signed the paper but when i called them 2 weeks later he told me that im not in the schedule yet ( im fired ) and i must bring back the apron and the hat to take my last check , and he told me that i will need to sign some papers before leaving should i sign any papers ? do i have any rights to take from them ? the last question ... should i ask him to give me my work papers which i gave to him when i start working with them 2 months ago ( i mean the W-4 and the I-9 ? or its safe to leave my work papers there ( i think its in the company not in the store now ) ? thanks :)
I got fired from Dunkin Donuts. How can I get my job back?
Okay, I'm 19 years old and this was my first job. This was the job I wanted that's right down the street from my house. I got fired yesterday which was exactly two weeks working there. What happened was, the boss came in while I was sweeping and apparently I wasn't sweeping right and he's like "have u ever seen a broom before" and showed me how to sweep right. Now the manager showed me how to do it right like two minutes before but Idk I guess I wasn't doing it right still. Later my manager told me that the boss was disappointed and that I should know how to sweep. I was getting good at everything and liked my job :( I told her how I try my best, I know how to do the register, I know how to make the drinks, I know how to make some of the food, I come in on time. She just said that it's up to him and she has to follow his orders. I said "can I talk to him". She said that she can talk to him when he comes in and she would call me. She never follows through when she says she's going to call me though. The boss doesn't come in at a specific time so I can't talk to him myself. What should I do??? :(
How should I quit my job at Dunkin' Donuts?
I started this job about a month ago and I'm 15. I absolutely hate this job because they don't get me set hours and the workers can be rude. I'm also awful at it. I really want to quit, but the problem is I still haven't gotten my paycheck. I should have over $150 on it and was supposed to get it Friday, they said I'd have to wait another week which also makes me want to quit. So what should I say to them when I call and ask for my paycheck without looking rude? Thanks!
Why hasn't Dunkin Donuts worked in India?
Well The answer is simple.Have you ever even seen a Dunkin donuts advert on your TV? I don't think you've ever seen it because of their lack of advertisement. To be honest I had my first donut from Dunkin Donuts when a NRI friend of mine brought it for me from the USA. After that I only had donuts from there twice as we had only 1 Dunkin donuts in our city and it was far away from my home and Zomato doesn't even deliver stuff from there . The third time I went to the store it was closed forever due to the lack of customers. I don't live a village btw , I live in Kolkata one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India if that's the condition here then think about the smaller cities.The Major problem with this country is the people's mindset. I'm giving you a small eg. Imagine you have 200 rupees one day and you're saving up in general to buy something. Then will you consider getting two donuts for 150 rupees or 5 puris with sabzi for 30 rupees? I'm sure that 90% of the Indians will have puris rather than donuts. Thus in India Cost and quantity comes over quality and health hazards.Finally in a country where going to Starbucks is nearly like a occasion to the middle class and the upper classes (I have myself been to Starbucks for 4 times in my life) do you even think they'll go regularly for overpriced donuts?

On their site it says that their coffee is 'Brewed 100% Arabica Coffee'. Does anyone know where it comes from? Like what country? I'd like to know as much as I can on it but sources are limited.
What to get employees besides donuts?
Order a few pizzas for them and Soda. Tell them that you are thankful and appreciate their hard work and Let them know how much they deserve the food ;) You can also have a cook out for them. Make hot dogs and burgers for them on the grill since its nice out now. My employer did this for us on the summer time and there was nothin better for me then going on break and pigging out on burgers and hotdogs! Good luck
Fired but not notified yet?
I work at Dunkin Donuts in Connecticut. I took 9 days off to go on vacation and my boss was ok with that, before I left she said "see you when you get back". I called today to get my schedule and one of my co-workers said I was no longer on the schedule. I believe I am fired, but they have not notified me of this and I tired calling my manager 3 times. What are my rights and can they fire me without telling me?
