I Got Insanity Workout Program From A Friend And I Only Have 15 Videos So Is There More Videos Or

Does INSANITY workout work? i just bought it and waiting for it in the mail.?

Yes.I stopped when i had 3 weeks left and i dropped 15 pounds during the workout and 5 pounds after a week of stopping without following the nutrition guide,just eating a little healthier.The commitment was harder then the workout for me lol but i started again last week.

You really should try spreading the meals out over 4 or 5 times per day. When you only eat twice a day, your body stores the fat up to use for later instead of burning it immediately. Eat smaller meals more often and drink plenty of water. You probably won't lose quite all of the weight in 2 months, but you will definitely see a difference if you eat right and keep doing the workout program. Don't pay as much attention to the scale as you do the mirror. Muscle weighs more than fat, so even if you've gained a little muscle and lost some fat, the scale may not change for a while! Maybe try using a tape measure to see the results instead.

Does the workout insanity work without the diet?

A friend of mine lost around 50 pounds with insanity, and he didn't follow the diet at all. He kept eating junk food and still lost a lot of weight and never gained it back. I want to know if it will work for me like it worked for him. I can't really afford to follow the diet since I'm a college student and I don't have neither the time nor the money to cook all those meals that are in the nutritious guide. I have tried to lose weight before but nothing seems to work. The only thing that kind of worked is running, but even that took too long to work so I would get frustrated and stop. I plan on doing insanity 6 times a week and I also plan on eating healthier and drink a lot of water. I want to lose around 20 pounds. Will it work? Has anyone else tried insanity? Any tips?

Can I do Insanity Workout as a lifestyle?

Insanity is an extreme cardio program and if you can keep up with it, you should see remarkable results in the first 60 days.As far as it being a long term lifestyle, that is a more difficult question. No matter how good the program, and insanity is very good, your body will eventually adapt to the requirements of the program and it will no longer challenge  your body the way it did when you first started. Eventually, you will see the improvements taper off. Most people will continue to see significant changes through 2 or 3  cycles of Insanity. But if you keep doing it beyond that, it will likely just be a maintenance program. It will keep you at a healthy level, but you won't continue to make significant gains.Also, every program, no matter how good, eventually gets boring. I found that with insanity, during my second cycle. Once a program becomes boring, you will find your self skipping workouts and eventually you may find you are losing all the gains you made.A better approach is to let insanity be your gateway to a healthier life style. After you have done it for a couple of cycles look for new fitness challenges. Certainly Beachbody has many other killer programs and many other ones can be found on line. The best path to a healthy life style is to keep finding new challenges. You can always come back to Insanity later, after you have done some other workouts for six months or more. Insanity will then seem new to your mind and your body, you should get good results from it again, at least for one or two cycles.In fitness and nutrition, you will find that programs work, until they don't work any more. Is crossfit worth it?

Hi guys! This question is directed to the people that have tried crossfit for at least 2 months.
Over the past year I have lost about 35 lbs and am no longer overweight. My new goal is to be fit, very fit. I want to be toned, muscular, and HOT. I believe crossfit can get me there but it costs a lot of money, especially for an 18 year old such as myself.
Is it worth it? It costs $250 for the introductory month where I will get familiar with everything and then $150 for every month after that. I am planning on doing 3 months, so $550 in total, and then do insanity.
Will I be able to get my dream body with three months of crossfit and then insanity? (I am no longer overweight, I still am a bit chubby and am very weak though)

How do some people manage to lose 15 to 20 kilos so easily when it so hard for me to lose just 1 kg?

It is not easy for others to lose weight. Many people may experience the same struggle as you or they know the secret of weight loss by focusing on health rather than weight loss.
