I Got The Phone Number To The Ku Klux Klan Headquarters On The Internet And I Have Called Them A

Was Hitler aware of the Ku Klux Klan? If so, what were his feelings about them? Conversely, how do KKK members regard Hitler?

There were Americans sympathic with the Nazi party in the 1930s and Hitler made a conscious effort to make his ideology palatable in the United States.  So given their similar outlooks, I imagine Hitler was aware of the Ku Klux Klan and probably sympathized with its goals, though I am aware of no specific documentation of this. The Ku Klux Klan's opinion or opinions of Hitler is a thornier topic.  The name "Ku Klux Klan" is in the public domain. Any group that desires can self apply the label.  Right now there are dozens, perhaps even hundreds, of so-called Klan groups in the US.  While all preach the supremacy of the white race and the inferiority of other racial and ethnic groups, they do not necessarily agree on everything.  Some Klan groups are militant; others (the KKK chapter in Harrison, Arkansas is an example) explicitly denounce the use of violence.  That being said, I have investigated many white racist groups and most seem to have a fondness for Hitler.

Ku klux klan ... speech on KKK? can someone help please!?

I am unaware of where World Citizen acquired its mishmash of fact and fantasy. Here are some facts.

The Klan evolved in the South as a secret, paramilitary organization in the aftermath of the so-called civil war. The occupied southern states were in political limbo because the Radical Republicans in control of the U.S. government were at loggerheads as to their further economic exploitation and outright theft.

The now-freed, in one of three cases starving, slaves were caught in this mess, none of their making. About half chose the political side of the Carpetbaggers and Scalawags. The other half remained loyal to the politics of their former masters.

The local and state governments instituted by the victors were singularly interested in immediate theft and extended theft. Imagine a Walmart (with real estate!) where you could carry away as much as you had time to do so!

Needless to say and in parallel, street crime arose quickly with zero law enforcement that cared nothing about it.

Into this vacuum of basic civic responsibility arose the Ku Klux Klan, wearing white to symbolize Confederate ghosts.

They were vigilantes: virtually identical to the Texas Rangers, except they had to be secret and ride at night. If there was a terror aspect at times, that was a welcome byproduct of their efforts.

Klu klux klan website?

I heard from someone that if you go on the KKK website, even just out of curiosity, major colleges and the government will start tracking your IP address or something. Anyone know if this is true?

(I went on there today using a proxy server just to see what it looked like... and I'm Asian, so it's not like interested in signing up, haha.)

The Ku Klux Klan was organized by the lower classes of the South, right?

You sorta have it backwards in the sense that NOW the kkk has become a kind of backwater refuge for lower class alienated right winger folks...but when it began the kkk was basically a kind of paramilitary organization established in the aftermath of the Civil War by prominent ex-confeds. The South was occupied militarily then by Union occupation troops, and the kkk was a 'secret defense organization.'

For example, in the local community of my birth, there was an ex-confed. who was bullied by union soldiers... He was beaten and whipped and paraded through the town... Guess what organization secretly organized and fought back? The kkk. But the kkk grew and devolved into a more racist and ideological organization. By the 1920's the kkk was very popular in states like Ohio and New Jersey. President Warren G. Harding reportedly was sworn into the kkk.

By the 1920's the kkk was a middle class conservative organization. Businessmen and Bankers and Physicians then belonged to the KKK. Harry Truman joined the kkk; he just about had to do soto get elected to office at the local level in his Missouri community.

Historically the kkk has had cycles of expansion and contraction. It sorta destroyed itself in the 1950's/60's by attacking the Civil Rights Movement. The kkk showed its true evil ie. beatings, bombings, crass crazy racism... The kkk became quite visible as a low class white racist organization. Now it's kinda morphed into a neo nazi skinhead cousin movement... It's lost quite a few lawsuits and is a rather tiny organization now. In the 1920's one could argue that roughly 1/3 of the US Senate had strong kkk ties...and no public official could then even get elected in the South without the kkk's endorsement.

Why did the KKK want black people dead? Why did they hate them so much?

That depends, do you mean the Ku Klux Klan of the post revolutionary war? or the KKK of the post Civil War era?One was a group for veterans, who were angry that the government had failed to deliver the promised rewards for fighting (land and livestock)The other was a group of veterans who were angry that Black Civil war soldiers of the union were being given their 1 acre and 1 donkey, but the white soldiers were given a half acre and a steer. They felt they had been cheated, because they had been given their offer at the start of the war, and the blacks had not joined until a few years.I’m not saying their racism is okay, but from a financial standpoint, lets say you started working for a company that helped, I dunno, martians get government services and citizenship. You get offered 50K a year for your job. Then suddenly the company starts hiring Martians, paying them 100K a year for the same job.It would not feel fair would it?The thing is the original KKK was not actually focused on hating blacks, they were focused on getting the government to act like a fair one.All it took was ONE racist asshole and the whole organization turned down a different path.Look at Black Lives Matter (the movement not the statement) They started out protesting unfair treatment of blacks by white cops. Now suddenly they scream about killing cops, post hashtags about killing white people. They burn whole cities, they MURDER people in cold blood who have nothing to do with the latest reason for protest. (what do Dallas cops have to do with a black  guy shot half way across the state?)The sad thing is, right now the KKK is more reasonable than BLM. The KKK stages silent protests. they don't carry guns. They don't scream slurs or hate. They just stand there in their sheets.Meanwhile BLM activists are throwing gasoline filled beer bottles at cops and government buildings.Granted, the reason the KKK has recent started these ‘silent protests’ is because of the very simple, but very effective idea of.“We act civil, and they act like savages (sorry for that but that's the thought process behind it). All we have to do is let the people see the difference.”The answer to your question is actually. They don't. They just want to feel special compared to blacks.
