My Yahoo Mail account got deactivated without my permission. How do I recover my lost messages and folders?
My Yahoo Plus e-mail was also deactivated without my permission. After several tries to get a live person on the phone, I was finally able to get an agent who confirmed that I was NOT hacked, but that this is a technical issue and their higher level support engineers are working on the problem. I asked how or when would I know if they can fix the problem and the answer was that there is no phone # to call...just wait since they will possibly send an e-mail to me if the issue is solved. I can't believe a communications company like YAHOO has such poor communication and customer service. I hope I get my e-mails back or I am definitely going to invest considerable time spreading the word in the media about my experience.

There is no way to recover deleted email in the draft folder. Once deleted, it is forever. If you believe didn't delete the emails, you can suspect that there is a third party who access your account, and make changes in it, like deleting important emails. Change your password to minimize other weirdness.
