How long does Klonopin (Clonazepam) stay in your system?

If you’re worried about Clonazepam (known as Klonopin in the United States and Rivotril in most other places) showing up on your drug test, the best policy is to avoid using it without a valid medical reason and doctor’s prescription. As stated previously, the half-life of 1 mg. of Klonopin is 18 to 50, so call it 35 hours on average. It’s been proven however that the elderly metabolize the substance more slowly than younger people. This is why half dosages are generally prescribed for elderly patients, due to the risk of this drug accumulating in the system and then causing unwanted side-effects or drug interactions.Regarding the drug’s half-life, don’t take it to mean that the drug will become undetectable after 35 hours. Quite the contrary is true; traces of a single milligram of Clonazepam will linger in your system for up to a week afterwards. If you’re using the drug recreationally or habitually, it’s likely that a larger dose than one milligram was consumed. Such a dose would remain in the system for over a week. This drug is also best avoided by infants and juveniles. Only adults should ever take it and only by the prescription of a qualified health professional.

Depression/Anxiety from Methamphetamine?

Don't buy the whole serotonin thing. It's just a scare tactic of the drug company to flog their anti-depressants to you and make money out of your anxiety by saying you have a chemical imbalance that can only be corrected by SSRIs. I worked for the drug company and i know that it's all just a big scam. Serotonin can't be measured. The only studys done on it are show that they have a numbing affect. They give you this idea that the drug will clear up the depression but in actuall fact they just sort of give you a chemical labodomy(numbing affect). And plenty of studys show the affect is more of a placeabo affect. It sounds like you have alot of anxiety about permanetly damaging your brain. This is funny because i too had this exact same obsession that i worried about and obsessed about for years. I took some drugs had some bad reactions and thought i was damaged because of numbed mood, brain fog, derealization and a long list of symptoms which my anxiety interprets as a threat but in actual fact all these symptoms were just symptoms of extreme stress and worry and all in all just depression came out of this. I'll end this by saying you can **** your body and kill brain cells but you can't permanently damage your mood. Your mood will just stay how it is because you are shaken and think about it all the time and yeah maybe your brain hasn't fully adjusted back to normal yet but it can in terms of mood. Look at ozzy osbourne and jimmy barnes, and all the rock stars that abused there bodys beyond beleif, yeah they have some body damage and brain damage but their not permanently depressed. I suggest doing cbt(cognitive beahavioural therapy) Im guessing your main problem is constantly thinking but what if ive done this and what if im depressed for ever. what if! is a useless anxiety thought that will put you round in circles and probably be the main cause of your depression.
