I Had A Really Bad Experience At Two Mexican Restaurants And I Want To Start Reporting Illegal

Anyone experienced working with rude mexicans before?

I know that it may sound politically incorrect to say this, but yes, I have. I worked in a kitchen for a few years, and most of the other workers there were male and Mexican- and yes, I know that they were indeed from Mexico, I'm not just assuming and referring to any Hispanic individual as Mexican.
These men were so disrespectful to me. They would talk about me in Spanish and make it really obvious that they were talking about me, then they'd all laugh and look at me. They also used to made rude comments in Spanish about me (like curse words in Spanish) and then smile like they didn't say anything wrong. I was never mean to them, I'm a very sweet natured girl and to this day I have no idea why they acted this way towards me.
Truth is, I may look like a stupid little white girl, but I spent a year in Spain and I am fluent in Spanish, so I always knew exactly what they were saying.... I just kept that little tidbit to myself so they would think they were getting away with it.

Why are Mexicans taking all the jobs at fast food restaurants?

Where I live I can see people from all backgrounds working in fast food chains.
What piss me off is to see Mexicans above me!
Mexicans are taking over all federal jobs!

How can the USCIS track my illegal work during an F1 visa stay? If I receive a check from someone, can USCIS track that? Will USCIS track my bank account?

Huy Nguyen 's answer is great.I'll just add that another way for them to find out is by someone reporting you. Let's say you do some under-the-table work for a neighbor, and another neighbor sees you doing it, knows (or even suspects) that you are an alien without the right to work, and reports you. At that point, if the USCIS thinks it's credible, they may do further investigating including checking your banking account. It may seem really unlikely, but the risk is definitely there. My husband is an immigrant and while most people are accepting and welcoming of him, we've definitely experienced a few instances of discrimination and suspicions of him due to his nationality in cases of finding housing, for example. All it would take is one nosy person who has strong negative feelings about immigration to expose you. Do you really want to take the risk? I don't think it's worth it.

Can I report my neighbor for being an illegal immigrant?

As someone who actually was married to an illegal who was fighting a denied asylum case, lived in a neighborhood with many illegals as neighbors and knowing precisely the nature and intent of these people, I have experience with this matter and the processes of the same. Google the nearest Immigration and Customs Enforcement office. Go inform them. Do not go to your local police. They do not have jurisdiction on these matters and some are even hostile to the intent. Go down to the I.C.E. office or you can call them. Ask to speak with the duty officer or their representative. Tell them you know of illegal activity and would like to make an official statement regarding a complaint of illegal activity. Give as many details as to the name of the person (all of the family names you know), address of residence, and any possible employment. If you know how they obtained any documentation give that as well. You do not have to give your name or your information to make a complaint.
