Ingrown toenail pussing?
You can either go to the doctors from some help on how to cut yours toenails. Maybe some antiobiotics, either orally or topically directly onto your toe and he may decicde to refer you for an appointment to get it removed. I usually remove them myself by sliding some clean nail scissors down the edge of the nail and cutting the offending nail off!!! Good luck!
Does it hurt to fix an ingrown toenail?
The nail on my left pinky toe is ingrown on the right side and it hurts so badly... I've read about how you can fix it but does it hurt to like lift up the nail or anything? And is is totally necessary to try and fix it or should I just let nature run its course? Also, if you have any tips on how to make it hurt less in general/hurt less if I try to fix it that would be great! I'm in high school and have to walk around a lot and it's way too cold to wear sandals so it REALLY hurts. Thanks for answering :)
Any ideas on removal of plantar warts?
I've had a plantar wart for 2 years before. I almost lost hope and then I found a natural remedy that killed it in about 2 weeks. (It might take shorter or longer for you depending on how deep and big your wart is). The natural remedy I used involved banana peels. What you need to do is cut a piece of banana peel and night before you go to sleep every night, you place the inner peel so that it touches the wart, then wrap some duct tape or medical tape around it. You can then put a sock on it. When you wake up in the morning it might smell a bit rotten and the banana peel would be brown. Take it off and then clean your wart with some hydrogen peroxide on a small cotton ball. Then once it dries, you can file it down; i suggest getting something a bit stronger than a nail file like the files/ pumas stones that are used to shred dead skin. Repeat the banana peel/ filing every day once a day (before you go to bed is probably best) until you start seeing little black dots rise to the top of your wart, Then eventually you will reach the heart of the wart and just file it off or it will fall right off. I've never gotten the plantar wart ever again, hopefully this will work for you too! Good luck! :)
What does it mean if my cut is turning yellow?
Infection may have entered the wound. If you did not use antiseptic on it and keep it covered, yellow could be the beginning of pus formation, an infection. Try to wash it with dial soap, use a good antibacterial ointment and bandage. If not better get to your urgent care ASAP!
