A straight, narrow and sharp nose in proportion to the rest of the face is always an aesthetic attraction of the face, or else nose could be a source of distraction and distress. DrGVG’s expertise and aesthetic simulation software makes the perfect blend to analyse the face as a whole as well as the nose. The outcome can be planned & visualised through our special MIRROR software. What plastic surgery should I get for my ugly face?

First off--the reasons why I want plastic surgery

-I never want to be rejected again
-I take rejection personally. I get upset whenever a girl says "no"
-I'm a 32 year old virgin that's never kissed a girl.
-I've never been on a date.
-I'm very depressed about never having a girlfriend. I cry every night and I have to drink alcohol in order to pass out and stop crying.
-I want to receive compliments and get hit on.
-I approached a girl in a bar in Beverly Hills and she told me "I did not pay $4000 for these implants to talk to ugly guys like you"
-Every single woman on this planet wants to have sex with Brad Pitt and he's had plastic surgery.
-I want my friends to be jealous of me for a change. They brag about the hunderds of 1 nite stands they had from girls they meet at bars.

So, look at my avatar, or my 360 page, and tell me what changes must I make to my face.

Please be kind. I hate getting rude comments. They do hurt and i feel suicidal when I read them.

Can plastic surgery fix an ugly face?

Plastic surgery is basically featural surgery. Changing certain facial features that are misplaced, misshapen or even missing can certainly be life-changing. Changing normal features  into "super" normal or beautiful features is a skill not all surgeons possess; not because of technical skill but more intimately tied to ones "vision." Seeing the face as a whole and not pieces, how everything fits together and to be able to almost immediately see the result of your featural manipulations before doing them. And most of all, one must have an innate sense of what beauty is and the ideal beautiful normal. Yes, plastic surgery can be used to "fix" an ugly face as long as one can be certain what exactly makes a face ugly.

How can I fix my big ugly nose with out plastic surgery?

there are many ways to improve the shape of your nose WITHOUT surgery. Surgery costs 8,000 USD and its not worth it specially if the problem is minor. Not to mention you will look FAKE. Here are the things I highly recommend:

1.Nasofix - this product is a device that costs about 29 usd it is delivered worldwide. It is a nose brace the reshapes the nose to any shape you want PERMANENTLY. It removes the bump, It can make nose smaller, shorter, pointier more defined and it even aligns crooked noses. I actually used this product and based on my experience, this product is very effective. You can order online at nasofix.com. thumbs up for this product its very effective for me!

2. Salt + Water - if you cleanse your face with salt and water, you will notice your nose will shrink temporarily for about 1 hour to 2 hours.

3. Lemon juice - If you apply a thin layer of lemon juice, it also temporarily shrinks your nose for about an hour as well.

4. Make up contouring - this is also great, there are lots of youtube tutorials for this just check it out.

How much does a nose job cost?

What is the best state/city to go get a nose job, I was thinking L.A., or New Jersey/York. What is the highest cost for a really good nose job, and what age can you be to get one, Im in my late teens and I want to get one. Also how do nose jobs come out usually, are they ugly, cute, or just about the same.

Plastic surgeons: help????! nose job?

You're only 14 years old! You shouldn't really need plastic surgery unless it's for a medical reason! EVERYONE is insecure about their noses, so don't worry. I know I hate my nose soooo much, it's flat and bumpy, but i'm not even thinking about surgery(k, and i'm 15).
Btw, it would cost alottttttttttttt, like probably up to 5000!

Do you consider those who have gone through plastic surgery to be trashy and unattractive?

It depends on the plastic surgery. If someone got their face mauled by a bear, no, I would not consider them trashy. If they got plastic surgery because they didn't like their breasts, and they augmented them, I would think that's trashy. However, while I do find it frivolous and unnecessary, and trashy, I wouldn't tell someone to their face that I think they're trashy, because I'm not like that. I'm not that confrontational. Too many people use plastic surgery as a way to "beautify" themselves, when the counter actually occurs -- it makes them look worse than it did before. Heidi Pratt, for example. She was SO much prettier before she had all those surgeries. So, so, so, so, SO much prettier, and she STILL doesn't think she's pretty with all the plastic surgery she's had. Honestly, it disturbs me that some people are SO insecure with themselves that they would feel the need to change themselves by implanting themselves with plastic and silicone and whatever else goes on in the surgery room. I feel really bad for people who get frivolous plastic surgery -- they obviously have some serious self-esteem issues if they have to do that. It's sad; everybody should love who they are, and I just find it so sad that some of those people don't feel they are pretty.

Will plastic surgery make me handsome?

Plastic surgery will NOT make you handsome, although you may convince yourself so that you feel better.(Can surgery make him handsome?)A. It may enhance your features in soft tissue unless you have a hard implant, but it won’t affect your facial attractiveness:It does not change the relative disposition and proportion of your features (eyes, nose mouth, forehead, ears), the underlying basis of “beauty”.It will not change how friends, family and colleagues treat you; it may only change strangers’ reactions and the first impression upon them.(This Brazilian was a cute, chubby man; now he looks like a plastic effigy.)B. Don’t be fooled by slick marketing. A lot of the “before” and “after” pictures are manipulated when the most significant changes are due to: Weight loss, Grooming/hairstyle, Lighting, Make-up(This man didn’t need surgery, just good diet, exercise, rest and a studio photographer who uses a portrait lens as opposed to a standard lens)C. It can make matters worse:Excessively taut zones compared to others (the “Saran wrap” look)Altered eye shape during face lift (the “Asianization” effect, strange in non-Asians)Facial immobility and insensitivity (the “waxed doll” effect) due to nerve damage or neurotoxin, botox.Migrating implants, fillers and scar tissue (the “off-kilter” effect)Post-infective scarring and sepsis (the “worse than ever” effect(Mickey Rourke had a street cuteness; now, he looks like a molten wax head.)D. Don’t confuse “plastic surgery” with “cranio-maxillo-facial surgery”.“Plastic surgery” is superficial and focuses on soft tissue. It’s like dressmaking using human skin.(This not NOT how to age gracefully. This man went from mestizo hunk to Japanese Thunderbird marionette with a polyester hair piece.)“Cranio-maxillo-facial surgery” involves the deep structures and is highly dangerous with need for a team of specialized surgeons (neurologist, ophtalmologist, ENT, dental, maxillo-facial, esthetic, dematology…). After the underlying bone and vital structures are “reconfigured”, THEN a “plastic surgeon” can work on the surface draping of skin and superficial muscles.(All I can say is “ouch” but most of this man’s face is probably numb from nerve damage.)
