If it's high, yes, you might have type 2 diabetes. If your sugar is between 70-130 before eating, your probabbly safe.
DON'T go to an emergency room unless it's an actual emergency. It will cost someone a $1000.00: You, your insurer or the government. Again, the firehouse will gladly do it for you.

I hate being apple shaped!?

okay so basically im apple shaped :/ my measurements are 37-27-31 and i hate it.i mean im not even fat.im actually slim but its just that i have big boobs and a big bum[my bum isnt made of fat] and thick thighs,people usually say apple shaped women have small butts and are huge on their upper body.most people say apple shaped women are fat.im 5ft 4 and 135 pounds,i checked my BMI and it says its normal weight.but why the heck am i apple shaped?! im only 13 and apparently you can get heart attacks and stuff.im scared now :/ is this because my mumr had that thing when you need to cut down on sugar.she said to me that i might get it in the future.i think its diabetes.btw my boobs are big because i went into puberty quite early,they started growing at 8/9 and i got my periods at 10.also people usually say i have a slim figure.but this calculator says im the 'fat' apple shape.also i think if i didnt have big boobs i'd probably be rectangle.what do i do.will get diabetes

I hate my torso! Help please??

Let me start off my describing my body shape. I am 5'5'' and the majority of that is legs. I have a very short torso compared to my long legs. Its so short that if i don't wear a shirt that goes about to my crotch, my top half looks HUGE because its so short and i have no curves. Its like a strait line from my small boobs right to my legs. But the thing is, I'm not fat. I only weigh about 103 pounds and I'm in 10th grade. i have very skinny legs but my torso just seems very wide. Like i don't really have a waist. I hate it because other girls actually have a shape- a waist, and hips. I'm just a strait line... SO what I'm asking is, is there any exercises one can do the make their torso not as wide.. to have a smaller waist... or any tips at all! thanks!
